I am also new here and I have a similar problem with Ares Casino. After several emails I just don't know what to do anymore and hope someone can help me here. I earned €2000 and wanted to cash it out. Unfortunately nothing happens after 9 days... Account is verified but unfortunately the payout is always in process. Several mails sent and chats started, it always says we will forward your problem to the responsible department, but nothing happens. I hope someone can help me here. Many thanks in advance

Unfortunately, I did not apply for the payout via netEller but via bank transfer because the chat told me that the payout was the same as a deposit (the deposit was made immediately). Supposed to take a while. In any case, I have hope that the money will still arrive...

Bank transfers generally take 5-7 working days. It may be quicker at some casinos, but don't worry, if your money is pending processing, it will be paid out.

Why should there be a delay?
Ewallets are really known for the fact that payouts can be made 'instant' (see Betsson) - if the casino only wants it...
Or is Ares' Neteller account not funded - and they have to wait for fresh player money at Neteller to cash out old players at Neteller?

With the SEPA procedure at the latest, every online casino licensed/domestic in Europe should be able to have a transfer reach the player after 1...3 days.
