I need help, I have a nice sum in my Ares Casino account but I can't pay out anything because the provider doesn't accept my documents for the 2nd time or I get this email.

As you've probably read in the other thread, the casino isn't exactly reliable at the moment and payouts can sometimes take a few weeks. But you are welcome to contact us again when the time comes!

But then please start your own thread in which you give exact details of your problem, it's pretty pointless to post a new problem in a solved thread.
