Paysafe Group is the new trading name of Optimal Payments and is expected to be traded on the London Stock Exchange soon. The online payment provider owns the Paysafe and Neteller brands.

    Re: Paysafecard

Sorry for the probably stupid question, but is Paysafe only available as a card for online payment? Do you have to buy a new one every time to get in a online Casino (info here) to top up your account, or can you top up the card yourself?

You can also purchase Paysafecard online or buy it at a gas station or newsagent. This is a one-time combination of numbers that corresponds to the value of the amount purchased and cannot be recharged. If the amount on your card is used up, you have to buy a new one.

    Post Re: Paysafecard - changes

    DEAR PAYSAFECARD CUSTOMER,

We are making changes to our my paysafecard General Terms and Conditions.

There is no action required on your part. These changes will come into effect on March 1.3.2020st, 1.3.2020 and will automatically apply to the services we offer you from that date. If you do not agree to the changes, you can terminate your contract with us with immediate effect and free of charge before March XNUMXst, XNUMX.
For more information about your cancellation rights, please see the "Cancellation" section of our most current version of the Terms of Service.

In short: What is changing? The change affects payments that you want to make in foreign currencies from your my paysafecard account.
You can also use the paysafecard currency converter on the website to check the exchange rate and the exchange rate fee applied to your transactions.

In addition to the above changes, the following rule applies from December 30.12.2019, XNUMX:

For payments over EUR 50 you need a my paysafecard account from December 30.12.2019th, XNUMX. Register today and buy your paysafecard PIN as usual. You can load these quickly and easily into your account during the payment. So you can enjoy higher limits with your my paysafecard account.

    Re: Paysafecard

I've avoided the account up to now, but I've hardly paid into it in the last few months. At times it annoyed me quite a bit if you needed an account for then I always paid in somewhere else where I could do without. Well, I hardly use the Paysafecard anymore, so I won't create an account for now.

I've distanced myself from that too, since Neteller and everyone else is part of Paysafe it seems to be getting worse. You almost have to beg at the gas station to get a little more. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives!

I had exactly the same problem yesterday
I then started googling yesterday and looked for paysafecard alternatives.
I then found flexepin, cashtocode and astrocard.
flexepin doesn't seem to have arrived in germany yet, astropay or this astrocard have enormous fees and can only be used at a few casinos.
this cashtocode, which is completely new to me, seems to be ok. seems to be similar to paysafecard but you can deposit up to 400 euros without any problems.
is this a hoax? knows who has already tested who?
    I'll try tomorrow with 10 €

    seriously

I can also recommend Neosurf, it's the same as Paysafe Code and you can also get it at many gas stations, kiosks, etc.

    quick update from yesterday.
Habs tried today at the gas station around the corner and worked flawlessly Sunmaker is working.
I even saw that you can repeat the deposit and try it right away.
Both deposits of 2x10€ were immediately available online.

You really have to give credit for that. This might be interesting for the high rollers here - not for me . I've seen that you can deposit up to €400 and will probably repeat it. paysafecard is far from that.
