Guts no longer accepts German traffic

I just got this info from Guts...

I regret to inform you that due to a recent verdict in Germany, where a German customer was found for playing on a foreign online gaming website, Guts.com will no longer be able to offer our services to German customers.
This means that you will no longer be able to send us German players.

Since I don't have Guts in my program myself, I just wanted to draw other webmasters' attention to it. Apparently no German players wanted anymore.

I can't really understand Guts.com's alleged reasons for wanting to protect their German players from "possible" (personal) legal consequences.

It isn't. The other 2 hands full casinos all gave the same justification (19% tax levy). And nothing else will be the case with Guts...

It's a shame that this isn't communicated transparently.

What I find very funny is that the players from Germany are excluded with arguments and the affiliate loses its income and at the same time the licenses for the English market are bought, which amount to a considerable sum.
