Hi all.
Deposited €100 with no bonus at Ares Casino because I wanted to check out their offer.
But after several attempts it was impossible to play there because their servers seem to have problems.
Now I have uploaded my ID and an invoice with address, supposedly also successfully, whereby nothing has changed, I can re-upload the documents all the time, nothing changes.
Receive neither a confirmation nor information by e-mail or from the chat (support). There is only broken German, I am not understood and then it just ends. The casino is probably not supposed to be really serious.
Maybe someone there has a contact and can get my money back for me, I really don't know what to do next.
