    Hello, I have to complain a bit about the intercasino. I've played there a few times. I find the casino very confusing and today I received an email with a 100% bonus offer. Actually I didn't want to play there anymore, because the reports here in the forum were always very positive, I thought, use the bonus and try again. In my opinion, it was not really clear from the e-mail that only conditional games can be played with the bonus. I only noticed it when my balance-incl.bonus-never stood at the games I had selected. So then I can't go to the live chat - it's only in English. the man there made an effort, but didn't really understand my problem. Anyway, at some point I noticed that only slots that aren't mine can be played with it. so i played down the bonus with one of those slots and then played the games i like with the comps and won some too. but for me that was the last time to play there. - an e-mail in German, no German chat - bonuses so that they don't really say clearly what for and in addition I was constantly thrown out while playing and had to register at the casino again and again. no thanks, there are better ones.

    So I personally have to admit that I find it a bit more complicated than before. Which is ok that you can see immediately what bonus offers you have when you log in. Let's take the current bonus offer as an example, the Valentine's Day Bonus.



    Here you can see exactly which games can be played with the 50% bonus. I can't quite understand why you make a difference with the eligible games.





    To compare the 40% bonus, where suddenly all slot machines are valid (and for a 10% less bonus) except for the jackpot games, which in my opinion should be described and listed in more detail so that you don't unn Always have to check which games have a jackpot. Or you can simply add a menu tab called Jackpot Games.






    Considering this, I would clearly go for the 40% bonus because 10% more bonus and restricted games doesn't really make much sense.

    Once you have decided on a bonus, you go to the cashier, who in turn is in English, which could also be improved. As far as the German support is concerned, I completely agree with almera, that should definitely be addressed. I can say less about the aborts now, but that happens with the flash versions, with some more and with others less.

    Regarding the cashier being in English, we're doing some testing on this and I'll let you know as soon as there's an update.

    Because of the German support, usually an English-speaking employee always takes the chat first, but they should then forward the chat to German support if asked for it. We are aware of this and are in the process of improving it in the near future.

    Otherwise, under each bonus it should be clearly visible which games are allowed and which games are not allowed for that particular bonus. The minimum wagering requirement can be found right next to it (as you can see on the Playtime Slotti screenshot).

    I will keep you up-to-date.

    Hello Kobi,

    first of all thanks for your answers. the tab "jackpot" but can only be found if you click "All games" clicks If you click on slot machines after entering the bonus page, then this is it Jackpots Tab not to be found where it should actually belong (at least also). Maybe it's enough of a suggestion to add this tab there as well.
