    My Experience at JoyWinner Casino!

    I really wanted this for the weekend JoyWinner Put the casino through its paces. So what are the deposit methods for German customers, what is the verification process like, what is the customer service like and how fast are any withdrawals. The casino is operated under the Curacao license by Dama NV. I deposited with MiFinity and the 100% first deposit bonus was credited immediately, as were the free spins. But I didn't use it at first.

    So start normally with the credit and just go for it. Of course, this doesn't always work out, but I was really lucky here and it went well. Implementing the bonus was not a problem either. The whole time there were only bets of a maximum of €2.50! But that was enough to earn a certain amount of credit. It often goes up and down quickly to 0. But during the session it was somehow balanced and evened out.

    Now it was of course clear to me that I still had to verify myself. Since I wanted to switch to the provider NetEnt, the system reported that you should verify your phone number via support. So I also uploaded the other usual documents to the account (the bonus had already been used). ID card front and back, proof of address, proof of deposit and a screenshot of the e-wallet. Then when I was chatting about phone verification I was told it wasn't necessary. By the way, I should also mention that I uploaded documents which you had already seen. Customer service was extremely friendly. Then I actually went back to the game and thought, either everything will be green later or not.

    After a while I decided to cash out now before it went down again. Just looked into the profile and was surprised that everything was green. From that point of view it was a simple and quick verification within an hour. Not like some Malta licensed casinos that pretty much want your whole CV and where you have to strip naked when it comes to financial transactions.

    I liked that very much and the fact that the payout arrived within 2 hours was of course great. For me a very good casino which I have come across lately. Some can learn a lesson from that. Actually, everything is as one hopes and wishes. I can therefore only recommend the casino to you

    I was also lucky there with the 3rd deposit. But unfortunately the payout doesn't work in 2 hours. I'm curious how long it takes. But the customer service was very nice and helpful in verifying--- I'll let you know again when the payout has taken place. was also about myfinity...

    Yes, I'm happy too, but unfortunately no payment so far and no answer to e-mail and no one can be reached in the chat either? What should that tell us? the payment was 4 digits....

    Today it finally happened. Unfortunately, the verification failed, which was so incredibly complicated and difficult. I can only recommend that everyone verify themselves in the casino before making a possible payout so that they can see whether they can do it. the hurdles are high. I felt so silly and, to be honest, ripped off. Thank God Slotti helped me and persuaded me not to give up... unfortunately my knowledge of English isn't particularly good - that's probably why I failed a lot. now it's finally done...

    As far as the case is concerned, I can say that it was not the casino, but the verification, i.e. the documents themselves. It was very fast for me at the time and I had the money within 3 hours. Since almera and I know each other personally, I know that it was due to the quality of the documents. It must always be exactly as the casino requires, so all four corners must always be visible, it must be clearly recognizable and legible. The casino does not recognize fuzzy documents. In the end it was a selfie with ID and a number on a piece of paper that you had to upload. And that can sometimes be very difficult, as I can report from my own experience.

    Things like that can really get you down. It's a back and forth that gets frustrating and makes you want to give up. Of course, that's not an option, but I'll happily admit that casinos sometimes go overboard with demands for new documents to recognize an identity. Here it has now taken 4-5 days, which is certainly not optimal but also explainable. The important thing is that they paid the money, which I never doubted, by the way.

    As far as verification is concerned and the tip from almera to verify yourself before a possible payout, you can certainly do it. However, you do not know when you will have a payout and then you have to upload a document from an invoice that is not older than 3 months anyway. Everyone has to decide that for themselves.

    But what you should do in any case is to create a folder in which you can save a copy of your identity card (front and back), passport (if you have one) or driver's license. Also special evidence that is not date-dependent, as well as general copies of the e-wallet account (name, address, e-mail). That's half the battle if you can call it up immediately. Then all that is missing is an invoice or proof of address and in some cases a copy of the deposit. At some casinos, verification is performed by the HOOYU service. However, this does not automatically mean that you are fully verified. A casino can still ask for additional documents if they deem it necessary.

    One can state that it is sometimes very easy but sometimes it can also be very complicated to verify yourself. In addition, I do not want to deny that it is also a delaying tactic from time to time to demand new documents again and again. Then patience is really needed.

    it's also very easy - I did yesterday at arcane prayer made a deposit and immediately verified the account - here it only needed the identity card and proof of address. the verification was complete after 10 minutes. a payout was there this morning..... it can also work that way. but thank you slotti for the good tips.
