Unfortunately I have the problem that I have on my Platinum Casino account made a deposit using my brother's MasterCard and didn't know that I was violating the guidelines.
I won 2000 and have now managed to pretty much verify the missing documents (10 days)
I already wrote in the dated statement that it will never happen again.
