Unfortunately I have the problem that I have on myPlatinum Casino account made a deposit using my brother's MasterCard and didn't know that I was violating the guidelines.
I won 2000 and have now managed to pretty much verify the missing documents (10 days)
I already wrote in the dated statement that it will never happen again.
I've been with you for yearsPlatinum Casino Regular customer and I have such problems at first, otherwise I always have very positive experiences with the team.
I would be happy if people who had the same problem could tell me something about it.
