    Dear Julia,

We are always happy to welcome new members to our community.

Introducing yourself as a new member is one thing, but doing so in the first post with a link without discussing it with us in advance is quite another.

In addition, responsible managers are marked differently by us as such. But for that we would have to have a partnership and I don't know that we have one.

It is decency to at least get in touch with us beforehand.

About your platform: You are an online casino with a German license, which means massive restrictions for customers. We don't need to go into detail because that should be known by now.

Even if some customers don't mind playing with restrictions, the majority of German customers in the igaming sector are not satisfied with it.

If there should be a need to speak, our contact address is available to you.

Anyway, I wonder how a casino without a license can already be online and invite players to play for real money. You have neither a Malta license nor the German one, which will not be available in the near future.

Actually, it doesn't matter whether Jokerstar is allowed to advertise online with it or not. I do not believe that Kling GmbH would act illegally if they did not have permission to do so.

You have applied for a license even if it is not yet officially linked. They will have secured everything with their arcades in Germany alone.

Other companies with a Malta license have also applied for a German license, which they do not officially have yet. But by implementing the rules they are allowed to advertise on the German market.

Jokerstar does nothing else and I don't want to defend that either. But we have enough other casinos in this business where no license is apparent and it is still advertised.

The fact that the German license for Jokerstar is not yet officially clickable doesn't bother me at all, because one can assume that they will probably get one.

What bothers me more is the GlüStV itself, because it has caused many problems. The fact is that it means massive restrictions and limits for the customers.

What player would like to wait for a 5 second spin, bet with a maximum of €1, no autoplay available, no table games and jackpots are possible and be limited on deposits?

Well, I don't know anyone and that makes the game totally boring. All the fuss about so-called player protection is just window dressing and ensures that customers switch back to other platforms where there are no restrictions.

It is not without reason that all the customers have migrated from the gambling halls to the casinos, where they can play without breaks and limits. And the online customers who have applied for a German license have long since disappeared from the casinos. They've been playing elsewhere for a long time and so only those customers who feel comfortable under the guise of alleged "legality" remain for such platforms.

The companies themselves will find out sooner or later that they will not make any money with it. We have already experienced this several times, that companies have backed down again because they had to realize after a short time that it was of no use.
