unhappy Help!!! €150.000 20Bet.com does not pay out but only promises "no reason"

Hello, I'm new here and I'm really desperate.
It's about the casino 20bet.com. I've been playing here for over a year and I've never had any problems with withdrawals or anything like that (even withdrawals over 2.500).
On 29/30.09.2021/50/150.000 I made about XNUMX in the casino with XNUMX (deposited).
At that point I stopped playing and just wanted to withdraw 2.000 and that's when it all started.
I was verified a long time ago, but they still asked for a picture with me and my ID. Of course I sent it to you on the same day.
The next day I was partially banned from the site. I can no longer cancel withdrawals or play casino games.
But the money is still in the account and I can still log in.
To this day I don't know why I was partially blocked or why they don't pay out the money.
I'm only ever put off with the statement that the finance department is examining my issue.
But what is checked? I ask every day and always get the same answer from support, sometimes even 1 to 1 copied messages.
I know it's not even 2 weeks, but 150.000 is a lot of money and I still don't even know the reason for the partial blocking of my account and what is generally checked.
The win didn't come from a bonus or anything like that either.
I thank you in advance for any help

    Hallo,

First of all, congratulations on this great amount, but you don't read a lot of positive things about this casino. Since they have paid you out so far, you shouldn't worry, with such amounts, the casinos look closely at how the winnings came about. That can take a few weeks. It is also quite normal that your account is partially blocked!

RE: help!!! €150.000 20Bet.com does not pay out but only promises "no reason"

    Hello Serious24,

First of all, welcome to our platform.

Generating €150.000 with a deposit of €50 is quite a feat. I haven't experienced that yet, but of course there are always such extreme cases or special luck.

Now to your problem: To be honest, I don't really know what to advise you. Unfortunately, we have no contact whatsoever with the casino or with the people who market the casino.

We know who is marketing the casino, but we don't know who is responsible because we don't recommend them ourselves. It is also a fact that the ratings on Trustpilot are very bad at over 99%.

Most of the time it's about not paying out, complaints about the verification process or lousy support. This casino is definitely not recommended.

But that doesn't change the fact that the situation is the way it is. The question is what is the best thing to do now. If you're lucky, they pay and they only delay it because of the higher sum.

You can wait this week and annoy them every day or do something else. Since they have a license from Curacao, your only option is to file a complaint with Askgamblers.

Or directly a complaint to the license authority in Curacao or Kahnawake Via the casino (TechSolutions Group NV as licensee (8048/JAZ2017-067) or their marketing company Playamo Partners (Keyfort Group Limited).

Here is another email address from the casino that you can contact: complaints@22bet.com (there is deliberately 22bet)

But before you contact the licensing authority, you should first try to write to the casino's Complaints address and ask for an explanation.

If it should be necessary to contact the Curacao license authority, here is an e-mail address: complaints@gaminglicences.com

What the e-mail should contain (in English), here are a few tips:

    1. personal data

Name (first name, last name and middle name if any)

country of residence, date of birth

    2. The complaint should contain

Casino name (the license number, it's at the bottom of the page)

Login (username) and email address where the account is registered

Accurate description of what happened (including the amount of money being requested)

    3. Attachment of e-mail files (screenshot images or e-mail correspondence) which prove that an attempt has already been made to solve the problem with the casino.

As already mentioned by Spielo it can take a while because of the amount of money, so try to get a reasonable explanation this week.

If nothing happens by the end of the week, I would tackle the other steps. Because waiting for weeks is just an unnecessary waste of time, which in the end is of no use.

I'm sorry that I can't present you with another solution at the moment.

RE: help!!! €150.000 20Bet.com does not pay out but only promises "no reason"

Hello everyone, I would like to thank you in advance for the quick reaction and the great advice.
Yesterday I asked a more direct question and finally got an employee who partially answered my question.

    "Dear Players,

We are currently working on your issue with the Game Provider and waiting for a reply.
Once the information arrives you will be updated shortly!

    Thank you for your understanding!
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Best Regards,
    casino support team"

    I understand that now.
They are trying to get a confirmation from the game provider Felix Games that the game didn't work properly so as not to pay me out.
    Is that correct?

Best regards and thanks again for the help

I'm afraid of that now too. I don't want to panic here, but this can also be a routine request. However, I strongly doubt that other casinos do it, because the games and their providers should be safe. And if a check should take place, it will take a maximum of 2-3 days.

So it would be really questionable if they suddenly said that the game didn't work properly.

It seems to me that they are only looking for a way to prevent the profit or the payment. So it wouldn't be surprising if they rip off their customers wherever possible. All the entries and experiences from customers and partners do not exactly speak of a serious company.

I'll still keep my fingers crossed that it turns out well.

    Really bitter
Do you think it would be wise to write to the game provider felixgaming?
They have a contact form on their site.
Maybe mention that you want to file a complaint with Askgamblers and also name the game provider?

I also find it very strange that this provider is ONLY available at casinos with a Curaao license.
As if this were a game provider working for/with the casinos to bypass exactly such payouts.

I wouldn't do that at first. Even if it's a Bulgarian game provider, I can't imagine them arranging anything.

I assume you are also aware of the terms and conditions for deposits and withdrawals, in case they should really pay out?

    15. If a customer's winnings at the casino exceed 4.000, the casino administration reserves the right to split the payment into parts. Casino administration may split the withdrawal amount into daily/weekly/monthly installments of 4.000 per day / 10.000 per week / 40.000 per month until the full amount has been paid out

Yes, the payout conditions are fine with me, the main thing is that the money is paid out.
I'll wait another week and hope to get positive feedback.
Otherwise it would be great if I/we could take advantage of the offer with the contact. Thank you freakspin!
Thank you again for all the help and for taking the time!
