your last post didn't go under, but I still don't have any new information that I would like to give you more. I was able to find out that there are delays with one or the other customer due to the recipient banks and other circumstances. Since my direct contact apparently no longer works there, it is difficult to get detailed information. At the moment I can only advise you to annoy customer service every day!

Thought they only offer bank transfer or BTC, has something changed there? BTC should be running, then it would surprise me even more.

Yes they offer BTC and bank transfer, last time BTC went within 7 days only this time it already takes 9 weeks
