Let me put it this way, for those who happen to be at one of the banks offered here, this is certainly an option.

The only advantage is that the number and mix of game providers is really good.

But since many and common banks are simply not available, this is probably not the best choice.

The casino therefore remains guilty of the question of why these banks are not offered via Trustly.

The conclusion from this is that Frumzi Offers poor customer support and lacks any transparency.

In principle, however, one has to say that the casino is already part of a trustworthy group, but, as this case shows, it is in great need of improvement.

There is definitely another Pay N Play casino that is much better for German customers without restrictions suitable is.

The nice thing about Simple Casino is that at this casino it is also possible to register alternatively via e-mail.

The advantage here is that when registering via e-mail, other payment methods such as Sofort, online transfer or ecoPayz are also available.

Yes, it is also more of a possibility for German players. But if these few possibilities also lead to the fact that it cannot be used in part, then it makes little sense.

Adding banks is up to Trustly but also the casino to ensure it is usable with at least the most popular banks.

If for some reason this is not possible then you should at least write a note about it. Unless the casino assumes it will work with most banks.

That in turn would be a fatal assumption and would mean that those responsible are not really informed about their product and its usability. With this limited selection, the product makes so little sense even if it is usable for a few customers.

In any case, after 8 days there was an answer that they probably contacted the payment provider to clarify the situation.

You should have done that from the beginning and therefore shows a certain inability.

The one and only Pay N Play Option is and remains simple, because there you can also register with e-mail in addition to Trustly identification.

If for any reason it doesn't work with Trustly, you can fall back on alternative payment options. Even if it means that you may have to verify yourself with documents. But even that is quick and easy because I've already done it.

The Simple Casino is one of my favorite casinos at the moment.
