Thumbs up Rewards group casinos with withdrawal delays

As a loyal customer of the Casino Rewards Group and an existing player at Cosmo Casino and Villento, we already have ours here at these casinos Experiences and impressions in casinos with German rules reported.

Customer support is excellent, but Casino Rewards' service has dropped significantly. Not enough that the group has been following the German rules since October 2020.

Now the group is going one better with the payouts. After months of not being able to pay out anything, it surprisingly worked out yesterday.

Since I'm playing in USD at the Villento, it was the equivalent of a good €950 that I was able to pay out in the end. I had deposited with Sofort and was prepared for the AZ to remain pending for 2 working days, which is quite a long time for a casino.

Unfortunately I thought wrong, because an e-mail came that the waiting time for online transfer or Klarna was whole 6 days should be.

Because these deposits supposedly have to be confirmed first. Immediately actually means immediately or let's say up to 24 hours if it should go back to the bank account.

Now they're not based in Europe, but I think it's crazy what's going on with them. Of course I can wait 2 days (or 6) but delaying 6 days is severe and not up to date.

Unfortunately, this group has really gone downhill when it comes to their casinos.

I don't like to write that, but these are facts from casinos that were once recommended and are hard to ignore. Especially since there is currently some discussion in English forums about the behavior and deception of this group for years. That doesn't make it any easier to point out something positive.

AW: Rewards group casinos with payout delays

Conclusion: After 7 days of waiting, the message came about the payment confirmation. It says again a normal pending time of 2 days, because the payout time only applies from the day of the payout confirmation.

The money was credited to the bank today but the hammer is that Casino Rewards is full $50 deducted for a bank transfer. That's really outrageous and about according to today's exchange rate € 42 requirements.

So if you are an existing customer who transfers funds with a bank transfer, you should think twice and pay in and out with an e-wallet. Then there is actually only a 2-day waiting period.

the fees on the bank have actually always been so high... it was actually only worthwhile if the payout was at least 4 digits - which wasn't a problem in the past - but it has also changed. if you had a higher win in any game and switched to another game - the win was gone again. So, in my opinion, playing in this group is no longer fun. Unfortunately, you can no longer pay in with skrill for many of the group - so you have to rely on a bank payment.
