    LVBet does not pay out

    Hi all.

I unfortunately overdid it a bit yesterday with the games and lost a good amount of money.

Then I used the bonus at LV BET and ended up with 7000 euros. Which also saved my ass.

Now I got a message that my money has been canceled because I violated the terms and conditions.
The AGBS states that you are not allowed to play more than 5 euros per turn. Are they kidding me? If that's the case, then they shouldn't be allowed to accept any higher bets.

Now they don't want to count it out.

Is there anything I can do about it or are you 100% right?

    I feel completely betrayed.

If you play with a bonus, you should also pay attention to the conditions.

Excerpt from the bonus conditions point 19.

The maximum bet (including additional features such as gamble and/or mini-games) must not be greater than €5 or equivalent in other currencies (5 USD, 50 SEK, 25 PLN or 150 CZK), until the wagering requirements have been fully met. Higher stakes will not be accepted until the bonus has been wagered. Should LVbet determine that illegal play has taken place, LVbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and/or retain any winnings.
Sorry, you can't really help if the fault lies with the player!

Unfortunately, that's happened to me before - you really had bad luck then. but lv-bet is a serious casino. the cainos accept bets of any amount, but that's what the terms and conditions are for, that you read them..... it hurt me a lot too.

And yet, of course, this is fooling on the part of the casino.

    1.
It could certainly be easily implemented in any software, since the game stake is already capped at 5 euros on the software side if there is a bonus. But unfortunately no casino does it...

    2.
For example, I always find it abnormal that such clauses are often "hidden" in point 6.29 of the terms and conditions or bonus conditions.

    3.
Last but not least - this betting above the betting threshold = win-win for the casino.
If the player wins with his bets that are too high: reference to terms and conditions, profit confiscated, deposit will be refunded.
If the player loses with his stakes that are too high - the casino collects the money as normal - without reference to terms and conditions and reversal.

It happened to me many years ago - I gave up the fight for justice (or let's say equality of arms - or "equal rights for both sides") - and have been reading the terms and conditions more closely ever since.

Yes, the lovely bonus conditions can make life really complicated and difficult.

Read - Not reading or just skimming, this is always the crucial situation when playing with bonus and payouts are suddenly denied.

In fact, you should read both the general terms and conditions and the bonus terms when playing at the casino, whether with or without a bonus, more relevant of course with a bonus, because there are also casinos with outrageous terms when playing without bonus plays.

I agree with IndexP, because the conditions have changed in general, have been tightened and are sometimes hidden.

Reading conditions is not even possible in 5 minutes, it takes a little longer, but of course most people don't feel like it. But how important and crucial that is, we can see in this case.

Of course I'm sorry if someone has invested a lot of money and got their money back through a lucky circumstance and now wants to request a withdrawal but is denied, it's totally frustrating.

One can ask whether this is fair or unfair, the fact is that casinos are always tightening their terms and conditions for both cashable and non-cashable bonuses and come up with something new. And sometimes only for €20 or €50, which is absolutely ridiculous.

However, it has also emerged in the past that the maximum bets for a bonus are 6 USD, 5 EURO or 30% of the bonus amount, which you may not exceed as long as you play with a bonus.

These are certain guidelines that should be observed. What has increased for many are excluded games or changing the stake by 50% to meet the conditions sooner. In table games, betting on red and black at the same time. Sometimes the tables are completely excluded.

There are individual and different conditions in the different online casinos, which you should always read. Unfortunately, casinos sometimes like to lay out their terms and conditions the way they would like them to. In very few cases positive, in many cases negative.

Most offers either pop up, the conditions are listed in the e-mails, or they are directly on the casino website under the offer or are linked.

Some casinos make this very transparent for the customer, while others force the customer to look for the terms (only to find them hidden somewhere)

The reputable ones make this transparent in principle and others could definitely improve it.

At LVBet this is really not hidden, but like many other casinos it is also at the end of the offer and then with a link to the general bonus conditions or general terms and conditions.

It takes about 10-15 minutes and you are on the safe side.

Take it as an experience, even if it was painful for you, it will certainly not happen to you next time.

Sounds right. That this is deliberately hidden and many fall for it. But then you would need a very good lawyer to take reasonable action against it...
