Swiss online casinos with serious payment provider problem

I don't like to describe the whole case in detail from the affected layer.

Here is an article about it, since the matter has now also come into the media:

I think it's crazy how sick the Swiss are. It doesn't really matter what the Post did there, everyone should know about their financial resources. The brain probably just switches off when gambling and now they are feverishly looking for someone to blame before the ESBK gets any stupid ideas. I can only tell you this much, since the day the first OC opened, the turnover for the casinos has increased almost tenfold, so it was not a problem to keep the banks closed for a few months and your employees without further ado to pay!

Well..well, if you make a deposit of 10000 CHF to an online casino, the phrase "suddenly over-indebted" and "fraud" on the part of those affected is pretty ironic.

Since I am affected by it myself, I can only give an assessment:

Almost all "affected" players noticed the error and tried to push it to the limit.

The main problem from my point of view is the postal account overdraft, which is not contractually permissible. Sure, every player has to refund every penny, but not in this way. This is also the only interesting aspect of the whole thing from my point of view.

I'm happy that an online casino wants to give me a four-digit amount, but if my legally entitled subsistence level is "seized" in an inadmissible way (in the sense of an overdraft on the account), help me not to survive the month either.
