So either we don't mean the same thing, or I'm the one who's right about that.

I even asked the support to clarify the error with the provider greentube (because I was convinced that the line was paid out incorrectly) and the casino didn't want to pay me. After a while the answer came from the Grand Casino Baden. Quote from it:

"We got the answer from the experts.

They informed us that the paytable states that "the special expanding symbol cannot be replaced by a scatter symbol during free spins", so there is no major win here. 3x scatter + 2x scarabs = CHF 0.02 the line was correctly paid out."

In my opinion, the rules of the game for this game are identical for all Swiss online casinos (apart from different stake settings). At least for me it is displayed in all casinos in such a way that the books in FS just don't count.

It's all about the book symbol during free spins and not about the book symbol in general!

So, now I've taken care of it myself and tested various Swiss OCs and other Novoline providers. My set screen shows the profit, but not what you actually complained about. In fact, a payline combination of scatters and the bonus symbol (expanding symbol) does not produce a win. This is the case with BOR everywhere, not just in the Swiss casinos! But I also have to say that what is in the game instructions is not correct or it was formulated incomprehensibly on purpose.

First off, only the Scatter symbol substitutes for all other symbols on a payline and not the Bonus symbol, so the game instructions should state..... The Bonus (including the Scatter) symbol does not form a payline in the free spins game
