Hi . I deposited 20 euros at mars casino with trustly and to date have neither received my money back nor it was ever in my player account. According to the chat, my own deposit was declined and would be refunded... That was eight weeks ago. Had to keep sending screenshots of the deposit but nothing happened. Who has Rat or Kind made similar experiences there.

I would contact trustly because they have a transaction number.
If trustly can confirm the transaction, then the casino has an obligation. You should still check everything on your site to be 100% sure.
