Yesterday I received an email from Neteller, conditions were changed again, here is a copy of the email:


We are contacting you to let you know that we are making changes to some of the NETELLER Terms of Use that govern our relationship with you and the way we provide the NETELLER Services.

The changes will come into effect on March 13, 2019.

You can view the new NETELLER Terms of Use by clicking on the link above. We have also taken this opportunity to provide you with a summary of the changes below.

1. NETELLER Service Fees

The following change shall apply to the service fee referenced in the NETELLER Terms of Use:

Your NETELLER Account is free for personal use as long as you login or make a transaction at least every 12 months. If you don't do this, a monthly service fee of USD 5.00 (or equivalent) will be deducted monthly from the funds in your account.

1. Termination or suspension of your NETELLER account

We may now suspend your Card and/or your Account or otherwise restrict its functionality where we reasonably suspect that another NETELLER or Skrill account held by you has been used for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal activity.

These changes will come into effect on March 13, 2019 and will automatically apply to the services NETELLER provides to you. Your continued use of the NETELLER services after March 13, 2019 will be taken as your acceptance of the above changes. Please get in contact with us you need further information.

Yesterday it was time again, I received an email from Neteller where I always have to check whether it really is from Neteller or whether someone wants to access my data.

Here is the text of the message:

Your account has been temporarily disabled to protect your personal information.
You will be unable to deposit, withdraw or spend while your account remains disabled.
The next time you sign in to your account, you will receive instructions on how to reactivate your account.
If you feel you have received this email in error please contact NETELLER supportimmediately.

I then logged into Neteller and in fact I had to create a new password, choose 3 new security questions with answers and was given a new secure ID. The full program.

On the one hand, that's good, on the other hand, it happens to me almost every six months, is it the same for you?

Today I received an email again asking me to update my data in the Neteller account. Since I only did that I went into my account and nothing showed up.

Therefore, with such mails, it is best to always go directly to the Neteller page and log into the account, if Neteller wants something from you, it will be there. Never use a link in an email to go to your Neteller account.

I have also received the message that any trade in cryptocurrencies is now included in the turnover in order to keep the VIP level easier. It's a good idea, but in my opinion it's completely pointless if you look at the fees when trading on Neteller's own platform!

Has anyone heard anything new about the Neteller Vip program? I still hope that it would be rebuilt a bit, since I haven't gotten beyond bronze for 3 years.

I don't think anything will happen, unfortunately.

No changes are planned in the foreseeable future. Neteller is also no longer necessary with the numerous online banks such as Revolut or Monese

I currently still use Neteller as my main means of payment when it comes to casinos and lately my second most frequent use is Trustly. After that probably ecopayz. with Revolut I haven't set myself apart enough yet.

Bonus offers are more and more blocked with ewallet payments and the fees have gotten pretty cheeky too. Probably won't even get any vip status anymore, so I'd rather pay 135� fee for Revolut Metal, but have unlimited ATM withdrawals, additional health insurance, all kinds of protection and is easy to gamble with and use for regular transfers.

You're right, you might have to rethink that. I'll take a closer look at it in the near future because it already sounds good.
