    RE: eco/Payz

one question. I have the Eco Silver Account, but my physical card is not there yet.

I wanted to pay out at CasinoRewards and they want a 10-digit number and the name on the eco card.

So can I not pay out at all without the card or does it mean my account number at Ecopayz, e.g. one of the currency accounts as can be seen in the screenshot above?

Sorry, wasn't online yesterday. It is the account number of one of the currency accounts, either-or $. If you have both currencies and the casino account is in USD, for example, I would choose the account number at Eco to avoid any conversion fees within eco, even if you paid in with USD, for example. The account is the main currency because one could only transfer from this account to a bank account, for example.

    RE: eco/Payz

    I asked the support.

My main account at Eco is in USD, the casino account is also in USD. So I use that because the currency conversion would cost money on the payment to the EUR account.

Can I only withdraw from one of my Eco accounts? Well, that was nowhere to be found and would also be impractical; what do I do with the Ecogeld if I can't have it paid out?

If you only have one currency registered, then that is logically your main account. However, if you intend to transfer funds from EcoPayz to your bank account, this is only possible with the account. You also have the option of creating 3 currency accounts.

I don't need to tell you that casino accounts are now in or in USD. In your case the casino account is USD and then it makes sense with a USD currency account at Eco. In the event that a casino account is in-demand next time, it makes sense to have an Eco currency account in EUR as well.

It's just a matter of not being charged twice for any fees.

Example: If you have 2 currency accounts (EUR & USD) at Eco and you want to transfer a withdrawal from a casino account that is in USD to Eco, then it is best to enter Eco's EUR account number in order to do so to avoid internal conversion fees and thus double currency accounts. The casino charges the general and standardized OANDA conversion fee.

However, this only applies if you do not intend to transfer credit (large amounts) from Eco to the bank or if you only want to play with it. Of course, the transfer between the currency accounts at Eco costs money and you should weigh it up carefully and choose the right account numbers to avoid unnecessary fees.

The advantage of Eco is the multiple currency accounts and the individual Prepaid Mastercard to withdraw money. I myself also have 2 currencies, the third in-doesn't really make sense for us.

    RE: eco/Payz

Sofortüberweisung works, by the way, but my silver account was then blocked for a few minutes (for security reasons?) and was reopened after an email to support.

Unfortunately, the situation is different with Paysafecard. You have to open an account with mypaysafecard, enter the code there and then pay the money into ecopayz via this account. That would be fine, but when I try to top up my account with ecopayz in this way, I get the following error message:

Direct deposits into a casino via mypaysafecard work without any problems, so charging an electronic purse should probably be prevented (as with Neteller).

Then ask the support call, because I can't answer that for you either. There may be a technical error.

I'm in contact with Paysafecard support. So far I have neither a clear no nor a clear yes to answer my question as to whether payments from Germany are possible in this form. Have now sent screenshots of the error message.

    Answer from support is here:

    "Dear Customer!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Is it currently not possible to use paysafecard as a means of payment with ecopayz. We ask for your understanding!

    Sincerely

    Your paysafecard team"

I think a lot of times the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, creating confusion for customers.

    RE: eco/Payz

Information about the newly designed eco account came by email today. What I'm still missing there would be eg Giropay or something similar, so that it would be easier to pay in and possibly also pay out from the bank account.
