I can only half answer that question. It is correct that Neteller is no longer available as a payment method at JPC from December 01.12.2016st, XNUMX.

I think the other casinos from the group (Spin Palace, River Belle, Gaming Club, Ruby Fortune, Cabaret Club, Lucky Nugget, Epoca, Mummys Gold) are likely to be affected as well.

The reason for this is that Neteller seems to have ended the partnership with this group or at least with JPC. It doesn't really make sense, though, because Skrill is still available. And since the two payment providers are united in the Paysafe Group, the question of the exact reason arises.

We probably won't know what prompted Neteller to discontinue its service or partnership there, though.

It remains to be seen what other surprises are in store for us from the Paysafe Group in the near future. But one thing I'm already afraid of, it won't get any better since the merger.

Hmmm, let's see how widespread the problem with Neteller is - in the Jackpot Factory group, Neteller is also said to no longer be available from December 1st.

    What's that in the bush?
What about other Microgaming casino groups? (e.g. Fortune Lounge)
Slotti, maybe you can let your connections play there...

What about Neteller at other casinos (outside Microgaming)?

PS: Can someone move the thread to the payment methods?

Well folks, we're just as at a loss at the moment and don't have any further information yet. Rumors and speculation are doing the rounds, but we are trying to get more detailed information, including from Neteller itself, to at least make a clear statement about it.

To let the speculation run wild:

If this really happens at the Microgaming casinos, which is a fairly short-term decision for casino customers, then that could indicate a lot. We think that it will then not only affect the pure Microgaming casinos, but possibly all retailers and providers.

This short-term decision would also be an indication that something is up at the Paysafe Group with its online payment service Neteller.

Withdrawal from the casino business to push Skrill as a payment method, there is a lot of room for speculation. Maybe it also has something to do with the fact that the Paysafe Group recently announced that it will no longer provide a prepaid Mastercard service in 100 countries (excluding Europe). Why these brief announcements? This usually only happens when something is wrong.

A statement from Neteller would be welcome and would certainly make some things easier, but I think we can wait a long time for it.

It may also be that not all of the restructuring in the new company has been completed yet, but we hope to be able to report further information on this in a timely manner.

    Current update 17:55

Just got the message that the entire Fortune Lounge group with its casinos is also affected and is no longer available for Germany.
The assumptions become more and more condensed.

So, on with the facts and the speculation:

    1.
So far I know of three Microgaming casino groups that will no longer offer Neteller as of December 1st: Palace Group, Jackpot Factory Group and Fortune Lounge.
Whether the other Microgaming groups (ala Vegas Partner, 32Red, Casino Rewards) (can) continue to offer Neteller - or only provide information later - I do not know.

    2.
So far, no non-Microgaming casino has contacted me - and announced the discontinuation of the Neteller payment option.

    3.
After two meaningless phone calls yesterday and today with Neteller Support - the following (also meaningless) email came from the Neteller VIP team in the early afternoon:
At NETELLER, the legal framework is constantly changing to ensure that we use optimal compliance and business procedures.
Our ongoing review of the regulatory framework has resulted in us not being able to process payments for some gaming providers in certain countries.
We cannot comment on individual operators.
Your NETELLER account will not be affected. You can continue to use your account normally and have full access to your money.
We will keep you informed of the current state of affairs.
I had asked specific questions about the specified Microgaming casinos - and received the above blah-blah marketing-speak answer.

    4.
A call back from my VIP supervisor may have shed a little light on the matter. But he only overheard the information (so nothing reliable):
Neteller probably thinks it has to meet some regulatory requirements - and has probably checked the specified Microgaming casinos for the existence of a German license. Of course they don't have that - but Neteller "overlooked" that the casinos (like all the other 95%) are in possession of a European/Maltese license.
Sounds like a lot of chaos at Neteller, someone might have. acted a bit prematurely (if it's true).
I wouldn't be surprised if there is a big backwards roll - the casinos will definitely be reluctant to do without Neteller - and Neteller will certainly be reluctant to do without the sales of the affected Microgaming casinos.

Similar to IndexP, I have not yet received any other answer via my VIP Skype (Irena) than the one that has already been described here. Means you just have to stay tuned now and collect as much info as possible, because the gnaze looks like a jigsaw puzzle that you just have to put together.

It may be that it is as IndexP wrote and the alleged reason is various regulations that some groups call "inadequate or absent" be considered. Maybe someone acted too hastily, I can't answer that at the moment because the information about it is very sparse.

Still, it doesn't really make sense because they still offer Skrill and Paysafe card even though Neteller is owned by the same company. One should assume that Paysafe Group has the same conditions with Skrill and Neteller, unless they really differ from the terms and conditions, which I have not checked in detail. Only those responsible for the payment service can provide information about this.

In any case, I think it is very weak of the casinos to offer their customers Sofortüberweisung, Paysafecard or GiroPay as an alternative, because the use of Sofort and giropay is bank-dependent and you cannot pay out with paysafe, especially since it is cumbersome and in the There may also be delays in individual cases.

I checked a few (not all) pure Microgaming casinos again and found that it also affects the Vegas Partner Lounge casinos (Golden Riviera, Crazy Vegas) as well all casinos the Palace Group.

For the Fortune Lounge group, I note that Casino LaVida is affected, but Red Flush and Royal Vegas Casino are not at the moment (although this may come later)

With the 32Red group (32Red, Roxy Palace, Dash, Golden Lounge etc.) and Casino Rewards everything seems to be quite normal so far.
