Hi all,
By the way, I don't expect the casino to meet me or give in. Therefore, in the end, it will come down to the regulator.
Does anyone know of a lawyer who specializes in this and is affordable?
Since it is now also on Casino-Guru and Askgamblers, I shouldn't have bothered. I did it anyway, because I said so and just communicated. But there is still no answer.

You can forget that, you would have to hire a lawyer in Malta. But that is in no relation to the confiscated profit, so it makes no sense. Just be patient and wait and see what happens. And expanding the whole thing to multiple portals isn't always helpful either.
I'm curious what the outcome of this will be, but I also think asking the creator of the problem everywhere does not directly increase the chance of success, I think if several parties ask at the casino it causes more displeasure than if only one comes and dies Feedback asks. At least I could imagine that.
I was about to write this here, but it's nothing positive:
So the winnings remain confiscated! If that happens once you can always do something but if it happens multiple times just playing the welcome bonus then don't be surprised if a company reacts like this. The player in question has a history of opening multiple accounts with the aim of claiming the welcome bonus only.
Nevertheless, I have also pointed out again that it is simply not possible to do it through the system. It must be blocked automatically so that it cannot happen accidentally.
I'm sorry for joginator but unfortunately that's the situation.
I beg your pardon? I never deposited with multiple accounts. This is quite a bold allegation and will therefore not be backed up by any evidence from this fine casino.
And as for your reasoning ==> if that happens multiple times just playing the welcome bonus......
Whether I deposit a second time in one of the casinos in this casino group or not, I alone decide. Whether the entrepreneur likes it is completely irrelevant.
The fact that I have registered several times in a casino and have tried to get a bonus several times would probably have been communicated to me in the live chat.
I always ask in the live chat when I have registered on a new site before I deposit whether I qualify for a bonus or not.
It has happened to me that I forgot that I had already registered somewhere and the casino software allowed me to register twice with the same email address
Since I had never paid into the first account but had just forgotten that I had already done the registration, the casino didn't make a fuss about it. With the vast majority of casinos it is not possible to register twice with one and the same email address.
A casino employee checked my account in the chat shortly before the deposit and made no complaints.
There are even 2 casinos in this group where I have already made many individual deposits.
What should it. I will definitely report my complaint to the regulator as well. They should decide.
Hey joginator, I mean you no harm. I can only pass on what has been communicated to me. It is also not explicitly stated that you have done so in this casino. There are several casinos in this group. And it's not my reasoning either, it's the casino's. I assume that "Casino History" does not mean exclusively this group. It's certainly coming from others, too, and they probably have the information.
Yes, you can decide that too. And it can also happen that you forget something and register twice with the same address. I think "multiple accounts" can also mean information from other casinos. There are lists with users on it who may have become conspicuous in the past, for whatever reason. I can't tell you where they got this information from. But there are extra teams that deal with it.
In fact, if you accept the Terms and Conditions, you have also confirmed that you have read and approved them. It is very clearly stated that deposits made by Skrill are not eligible. If you still get the bonus after agreeing to the T&Cs, it means you tried to break the T&Cs anyway. You could have chosen not to take the bonus but you took it and later asked for the bonus to be removed.
What I have to complain about and what I don't like about it, I have already explained in my previous post, namely to change the system accordingly. I can't say anything about your other history as a player, because I don't know it, only the casinos can do that. They are very well networked with each other.
These are just mere allegations. I have NEVER had a win go unpaid. This is the first time here. Does that mean I'm going by the rules- Anyway, I've asked the casino to come to a decision and let them know so I can then go to the regulators. They are supposed to decide whether the casino has done what is necessary for players to expect in terms of fair play or not.
You may be lucky and the Malta Gaming Authority will be on your side and ignore the casino's "claims".
I just got the message that the casino is offering me €300.
I gratefully accept this offer of peace. That's not fair
offer and I'm pleasantly surprised by the casino's decision.
Many thanks also to Playtime Slotti who once again made up for a complete stranger
used. In my opinion, that deserves the utmost respect.
THANK YOU!
