Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Betsson Group ("Betsson") to sell GiG's B2C assets, which includes operator brands Rizk, Guts, Kaboo and Thrills ren. Through this agreement, Betsson becomes a long-term partner of GiG and generates revenue for GiG's platform services. On closing date, Betsson will pay €31 million consisting of a cash payment of €22,3 million for the acquisition and a prepaid platform fee of €8,7 million.

Betsson is committed to keeping the Brands operational on the GiG platform for at least 30 months. For the first 24 months, Betsson pays a premium platform fee based on the generated NGR. Based on the expected platform fees, the total value of the transaction is estimated at approximately 50 million.

Betsson, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is one of the most dominant European online gambling companies with a long and strong track record of building brands, both organically and through acquisitions. It offers online casino, proprietary sports betting and other online games in a multi-brand strategy through gaming licenses in twelve countries in Europe and Central Asia.

Betsson's affiliate program has been on our platform for a very long time not recommended classified. The casinos themselves are not the problem. It's always difficult when you recommend partners and their casinos, but they are then taken over by another group that you no longer recommend.

All current offers remain unchanged for the time being and will not be affected by this step in any way. The current team will continue to manage the accounts. What happens after that has to be seen and weighed.
