Thumbs up Jackpot City Casino no longer recommended!

Dear user, due to a personal experience, today I would like to talk about the Jackpot City online Casino to report.

The JPC is one of the oldest online casinos on the market and I myself have been a customer there for many years.

Up to now I could absolutely recommend this casino because it was considered a reputable casino without any problems, but unfortunately I can't do that anymore since last week.

Even after so many years and experience, you always experience something new that blows your mind.

Since JPC was taken over by Digimedia, customs and customs seem to have changed here. Digimedia, in turn, belongs to the Fortune Lounge group, whose casinos are actually to be regarded as serious.

Now for the reason for this report: Requested a withdrawal of a few hundred dollars on a Saturday, so far so good. Standard procedure would be 24 hours to make the amount reversible. Then again at least 24 hours until you have the payout. Sometimes you wait a day longer, no problem. That was the case up to now and you could rely on it.

So after 72 hours I asked when the payout would be processed and received the following answers. At this point I would like to state that the support agents cannot do anything for the situation either and only have to pass this on to the customer.

In any case, when the agent asked the management, the completely absurd and incomprehensible answer came that the management had decided to leave the payment pending for at least 5 days.

They just break their own rules and when I asked where that was, the answer came that no time was set when a payment would be made and that they had the right to do so. It would be described under point 7 in the conditions, only 1. they are in English (which would not be a problem for me) and 2. there is nothing to be found. Then under Withdraw it says but nothing.

After a long time of writing back and forth and my displeasure, it came up that one could complain to eCogra. To do this, you simply have to state that well
one crow wouldn't peck out the other's eye and a complaint would be totally useless.

I've seen a lot related to online casinos and fought quite a few battles, unfortunately not always with success, but this is once again such an absolute impudence and shows once again how arrogant some casino owners or those responsible act.

Even though I was paid after 8 days, I feel compelled to draw attention to this situation and to let you know as a user if you want to play there ok, but you do so at your own risk. If you can and want to wait that long for your money, please, I can't and won't accept that for myself, so it's not only no longer a recommendation for me personally, but also as a warning and play understand at your own risk.

I don't quite see through the amalgamations either, but I dare to object here:
jackpotcity (such as Lucky Nugget or GamingClub) as a member of the BelleRock Casino Group - as well as some smaller, less well-known ones (King Neptunes, RiverBelle, Epoca).

As far as I know, they have very little to do with Fortune Lounge - except that they might share something like the financial processor (Digimedia) with them??

wirklich However, I was surprised when I saw the website of jackpotcity and Lucky Nugget discovered that they are supposedly part of the Palace Group.
I just asked in LiveChat, they claim that they still belong to the BelleRock Group...

Has BelleRock been swallowed up by the Palace Group? (and partly markets itself further as BelleRock...)

It's all very mysterious...but could it be that there are only 4...5 large Microgaming casino groups left? (Fortune Lounge, Palace Group, Casino Rewards Group, etc.)

Unfortunately, I can contribute my own experiences (from a casino of the BelleRock Group, but in my case not the JPC) - it happened to me in a similar way a few months ago - only that I assumed that my experience would be an isolated case.
In my case, the pending phase had been arbitrarily extended to 10(!) days - when I asked for the reason and basis, the only answer was succinct: "Management decision".

I have to correct myself about being a Fortune Lounge brand. You are of course right, the JPC belongs to the Palace Group. As far as I know, the Belle Rock group hasn't existed for a long time. But it is also a fact that Digimedia is a Fortunge Lounge company. To what extent they are all connected to each other (including Microgaming) or to what extent one will take over from the other in the future remains speculative.

The fact is that smaller groups are sold out to larger ones (see Redflush Group - Fortunge Lounge, "Belle Rock Group" - Palace Group, back in the day Betway Group - Palace Group, Roxy Palace - 32RedPlc or years ago the MiniVegas Group for Casino Rewards). The problem with it is that it worked well before online casinos with a good reputation are suddenly integrated into a group and are therefore subject to new and sometimes worse conditions for players and partners.

Then there is the fact that groups like Fortune Lounge or the Palace Group with their Marketing/Affiliate Programs don't have a good reputation anyway.

They all know each other anyway and if a casino no longer makes enough margin for the owner then it is simply sold to another “bigger” or “interested” party, unfortunately the small ones remain for the most part Employees fall by the wayside because you can't and don't want to take on everyone. Even if you take them over, sooner or later they will be kicked out for some reason. There are enough examples.

Unfortunately, we have had to experience this many times in recent years and I think it will continue. There will certainly only be a few of the groups mentioned in the future, although I believe that the pure Microgaming casinos will also have problems sooner or later because they only offer this one software and is therefore not up to date act.

What all users should do is that if you encounter poor and unacceptable conditions in a online Casino (regardless of whether it was different there before or not) to avoid them in the future and to spread the word accordingly via the various forums. This is the only way to persuade casinos to provide fair and acceptable conditions not only for players but also for partners.

    Good morning,
I can only agree with Slotti. I've been a regular player at Jackpot City for a very long time. Now, after a good two years, I've had the nerve to request a payout. The first automated email said I can pay out the amount within 24 h book back. After a good 48 hours the payout was still bookable back. When I asked by email, I was answered that everything was correct. I sent in the documents etc. several years ago for the purpose of a payment.
Various slots in the download casino can no longer be loaded.
Reinstalling, deleting browser history, etc...didn't do anything.
I still play in other Microgaming casinos (download version), everything works fine there.
I'll keep you posted on how things went.

The hustle and bustle is becoming more and more colourful. Received an advertisement for All Slots Casino from Vegas Palms Casino (Fortune Lounge Group) yesterday.

However, according to the All Slots homepage, they still belong to the Jackpot Factory group.

    Don't panic, Ruf_GT.
The Jackpot Factory casinos (including Wild Jack and AllSlots) joined the Fortune Lounge about two weeks ago.

Yes, that was already apparent last year, because the advertising was already the same as with the Fortune Lounge casinos. With 1-3 individual casinos, there is always a risk that they will eventually be taken over by a large group. Unfortunately, we have had to experience often enough in the past that this is not always a good thing.
