Dear user, due to a personal experience, today I would like to talk about the Jackpot Cityonline Casino to report.

They just break their own rules and when I asked where that was, the answer came that no time was set when a payment would be made and that they had the right to do so. It would be described under point 7 in the conditions, only 1. they are in English (which would not be a problem for me) and 2. there is nothing to be found. Then under Withdraw it says but nothing.
After a long time of writing back and forth and my displeasure, it came up that one could complain to eCogra. To do this, you simply have to state that well

I've seen a lot related toonline casinos and fought quite a few battles, unfortunately not always with success, but this is once again such an absolute impudence and shows once again how arrogant some casino owners or those responsible act.
Even though I was paid after 8 days, I feel compelled to draw attention to this situation and to let you know as a user if you want to play there ok, but you do so at your own risk. If you can and want to wait that long for your money, please, I can't and won't accept that for myself, so it's not only no longer a recommendation for me personally, but also as a warning and play understand at your own risk.
