You should keep the voucher for a few days, unless it was transferred directly via a Paysafecard online account, then you always have the details at hand.
Today you want to know that everything is 10x secured in relation to money laundering and possible fraud etc. This is becoming more and more extreme online and sometimes it is really annoying to do something like that, but what can you do.
I don't want to imply anything, but there is only speculation that the receipt has already been disposed of.... And then you stand there with tangled hair and squeak down the tube
You don't have to look for a hair in every soup, I don't think it's that bad. When it comes to payments that don't go through an account, in this case a voucher, you should save certain things at least for a few days until the matter is settled. Of course you can see that as exaggerated, but the casino must be able to document its payment transactions as secure and, in the case of cases, also be able to prove it. These are also requirements that you have to comply with, but we don't always ensure the necessary understanding. If you want to play online, pay in and out, you have to live with the circumstances and accept them, it's that simple.
I, too, have occasionally had a light pulse online over the years, because certain things have met with a lack of understanding and have caused excitement. Nevertheless, everything was unfounded in the end, but some things are annoying and cause so much pulse in many users that they go straight to the ceiling and communicate it that way. You just have to react calmly and prudently, even if it's sometimes difficult, because the casinos always have the upper hand, and you mustn't forget that.
So I don't know anyone who has saved these things so far. Now that will probably change. I can understand your statements regarding the documentation of payment transactions. Nevertheless, I stick to my opinion that a screenshot of a Paysafe is only the 'last' attempt to thwart something.
I meant that you should only keep a voucher until the transfer has been successfully completed, ie the payment has been confirmed and you do not generate a payout with it and have to verify it. If you deposit with it and lose your balance, that is certainly not necessary. But there are also cases where a voucher was not credited for whatever reason. Therefore, you should keep them at least until this is done.
So, shelves and binders are in position!Have a nice Sunday! ;-)
Note on the topic
You should not forget that Paysafecard has now been merged into Paysafe (Neteller and Skrill) in one association. One can assume that completely different procedures can be used in the future. At the moment they come up with new ideas about money laundering and protection almost every week.
