Game libraries and toy halls laws

Yes, that was in a "game station" - quite decent shops actually (apart from the usual suspects....).
Isn't it now almost impossible to gamble in the Daddelhallen? I believe the laws are no longer like €80 transfer per hour (input - payout) then a break every 30 minutes, depending on the actions of 5-10 minutes. Do you still get to play there? Luckily there is nothing like that here, even if I never go to such shops, but that would be very harmful for the owners who only live from tourism!

    RE: Winner screenshots

No, everything is the same. 60 minutes playing time. That's true with the max. €80 - but you can serve several boxes.

Compared to a real casino, of course, it's hardly any fun...

    AW: Spielotheken and Daddelhallen laws

I took that from the winner screens and made it my own topic. I found the following information today about what the regulation will address in 2017!

In 2017, the Gaming Ordinance came into force with a transition. Here are some changes -

    • Reduction of the profit prospects displayed on the device from 1000 to 300 euros
    • Reduction of the maximum hourly loss from 80 to 60 euros
    • Reduction of the maximum hourly profit from 500 to 400 euros
    • Ban on the automatic button and game break rules
    • geographic distribution
    • No multiple licensing
    • Reduction of gambling machines per square meter
    • No points game

    *Forbidden the automatic button

Finally (!) a sensible regulation that puts a good stop to gambling addiction. Then gambling really becomes entertainment. It is currently possible to simply play all devices and lose enormous sums in the process.

    Personally I think it's a good step!

We in Berlin will really take action from July.

    - Approximately 75 percent of arcades no longer get a permit.
-Fines are increased tenfold to half a million euros
-Minimum distances of 500 meters between the games
    - There must be no casinos within a radius of 200 meters in front of schools.
    -ID check becomes mandatory
-Advertising ban in the immediate vicinity for amusement arcades
    - Gaming cafs/snacks are counted as arcades
    - Slot machines can be confiscated even if they are not owned by the shop owner.
    - Gambling addicts or their relatives can be banned nationwide. Previously, this was only possible in one company. A nationwide blocking file is created for this.

Will probably be an internal deal. The Gauselmann empire now has important law firms behind it and the old political ties continue to function well. Don't forget: when the Bundestag was still in Berlin, Gauselmann was able to plant an amusement arcade. Yes, directly in the Bundestag. This is unique in Europe.

If you take a closer look at these agreements, it is a half-baked reaction to the petitions of the real casinos in Germany, which are getting into trouble in the arcades due to the touchbet roulette clone.

Thus, at first glance, the regulations for the Gauselmann empire have been tightened. At second glance you can see the thin patch:

200 meters is still in sight and call range. Statistically, at least 25% of all school children continue to walk past the arcade on their way home. 2 km is a real protection and no less for real life.

In reality, the minimum distance of 500 meters is such that 2 amusement arcades are still allowed to do their work in a 4 km thoroughfare in the village. 2 km would have been the only right thing here, too, if you were serious.

    Addendum
Of course I meant Bonn and not Berlin.
I'm probably too old for all this stuff.
