1. Explanation of the General Bonus Terms and Conditions
1.1 Each individual Promotion will be announced with its own set of specific, governing conditions (the "Relevant Conditions") in addition to these general Promotion Conditions (�General Promotion Conditions�). You should therefore read these General Promotion Terms in conjunction with the applicable terms of any competition, bonus or promotion you wish to participate in (hereinafter both 'Promotion' and 'Bonus' in these Terms called).
1.2 If, for whatever reason, a promotion does not have applicable terms and conditions, a promotion will by default only refer to the general promotion terms and conditions. If the applicable terms conflict with the standard promotional terms, the applicable terms will control.
1.3 The Terms of Use also apply (see Website Terms available on our website). You must comply with the Terms of Use at all times. If you breach the Terms of Service, any bonus held in your account will automatically be voided.
1.4 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use, which include, but are not limited to, these General Promotion Terms and any other applicable governing terms.
1.5 The Terms of Use apply to all non-UK players. If you reside in the UK and are accessing a promotion subject to these Terms of Use, you must contact us immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, any bonus promotion subject to the Terms of Service below is not available to UK players.
2. Promotional Abuse and Illicit Play
2.1 We have a zero tolerance policy for bonus abuse, cheating, taking an unfair advantage of us and/or any other suspicious activity. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend and remove any bonuses, associated winnings and/or deposits from any accounts we deem suspect of engaging in such activity or conduct.
2.2 We reserve the right from time to time to review recorded and logged transactions for any reason. You hereby consent to this practice in advance. If, upon such investigation, we suspect that you are using or attempting to use strategies that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be (i) promotional abuse and/or (ii) employing unfair gaming strategies, we reserve the right to Refuse, deny, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotions, winnings or bonuses or terminate your access to the Website and/or suspend your account. PLEASE NOTE that in such cases we are not required to refund any funds that may be in your account other than your original deposit amounts.
2.3 "Foul play" includes, but is not limited to, all of the following types of play:

Placing single bets higher than 20% of the bonus value credited until the wagering requirements for that bonus are met, unless otherwise stated. For example, if you received a €200 bonus, the maximum bet that can be placed is €40. The 20% rule does not apply to bet sizes smaller than €5;
� Equal, zero or low margin wagers or safety bets do not count towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. For example, betting on black or red in roulette, or covering more than 25 of the 37 numbers on the table;
� Delayed winnings, such as 'free spins' or 'bonus' features, arising from games with bonus or cash balances that are not completed by the player until the wagering requirements for the fulfilled the bonus;
� "Abuse of game state" where the bonus balance is only used to advance the bonus levels, with the final levels being completed with cash wagers after the bonus balance has been released or abandoned. This includes, but is not limited to, all those with 0% contribution in the turnover table, see section 5.5 below;
� Leaving high stakes at the table, such as Blackjack, and returning only after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
2.4 "Promotional Abuse" includes, but is not limited to, all of the following types of play:
� Collaborating with other players to take advantage of promotions, intentional cheating, or other unfair behavior;
� Depositing and withdrawing funds in rapid succession for the purpose of bonus abuse. For example, deposit funds to receive Free Spins and then wager the deposit just equal to the bonus value, request a withdrawal to comply with clause 9.3 of the Site Terms and then play the Free Spins;
� Deposit and withdraw funds shortly thereafter with intent to abuse the promotion. For example: Deposit money to get Free Spins and then wager your deposit a little over 1x its deposit value, trigger a withdrawal to not breach clause 9.3 of the Site Terms of Service and then trigger your free spins.
� Whether knowingly or unknowingly, taking advantage of any software or system error, vulnerability, error or failure, including but not limited to any Game; and
� Using multiple accounts to redeem a bonus or free spins offer more than once.
3. Right to Derogation
3.1 We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, discontinue or terminate any promotion at any time without notice. All promotions are intended for recreational players only and we may, at our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of any player to participate in a promotion.
3.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exclude you from any future promotions. Once you have been advised that you are no longer entitled to any promotions, you should refrain from participating in any promotions as any winnings will be confiscated.
4. Eligibility
Each promotion is only awarded once per player and account. This means only one action per family, household address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account or shared computer (e.g. school, public library or workplace) . If there is a breach of this provision, all winnings will be confiscated.
5. Requirements for a bonus account and wagering requirements (play through) 5.1 A player's total balance consists of a cash account balance (�cash balance�) and a bonus account balance (�bonus balance�). Any deposits you deposit into your account will be credited to your cash balance. Amounts received as part of a bonus for completing certain tasks will be credited to your bonus balance.
5.2 A player may receive offers for different bonuses limited to different game types, such as slot machines only. When you open a game that accepts bonus funds, you will see this in your bonus funds. If you open a game where bonus funds are not allowed, ie restricted games, you will not see the bonus funds in your bonus funds. Should a player use bonus funds to play games that do not contribute to the fulfillment of the bonus, we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money and remove winnings without prior notice, and suspend all accounts of users, who abuse this provision.
5.3 The deposit and any winnings associated with the bonus are locked in the casino account until the wagering requirements have been met. If promotions allow withdrawals while bonus balance is active, remaining bonuses will be revoked in case of withdrawal.
5.4 Bonus funds received by a player into their bonus account are subject to a forty (40x) wagering requirement before being credited to your cash balance and withdrawable under forty times the wagering requirements
5.5 Different games played will contribute to the wagering requirements to different extents. The wagering requirement is the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games in order to convert a bonus. Wagering requirements are based on the total amount of wagers. EXAMPLE: A player has deposited €100 and receives a bonus of €100, so he has a total of €200 at his disposal. The player chooses to only play slots, therefore the player must wager (wager) a bonus of 40 X €100 = €4,000 before the bonus is converted into cash and can be withdrawn.
5.6 Only one bonus is allowed per deposit. All bonuses from all deposits are mutually exclusive. Bonuses based on deposits cannot be "stacked".
5.7 For wagers made, the wager will be deducted from the player's cash balance. If no cash is available, the stake will be deducted from the bonus balance.
5.8 Winnings made from wagering from the player's bonus account will be credited to the bonus account. However, wagering requirements only apply to the initial bonus amount as bonus money generated from winnings is not subject to wagering requirements. Once the requirement is met, all bonus money will be converted into cash.
5.9 All other bonuses received, unless expressly stated otherwise (including but not limited to redeeming loyalty points), will be credited to your bonus account and will be subject to standard wagering requirements.
5.10 If both Bonus and Cash balances are used, winnings will be split between the Bonus and Cash accounts accordingly.
5.11 If you do not wish to use a bonus that we have added to your account, you may request that that bonus be removed from your account if no play has taken place since you received said bonus.
5.12 Players from a Restricted Country (according to the Site Terms) and for the avoidance of doubt from the following countries are not eligible for a First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus/Starting Offer) and Deposit Bonuses, unless otherwise stated: Armenia, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, India, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia.
8. Instant Bonuses
A bonus that is cash or a bonus given by the casino, for example through customer support, is considered an instant bonus. We reserve the right to limit winnings from instant bonuses to 10 times the value of the instant bonus. For example, if you receive an instant bonus of €100 the maximum that can be withdrawn is €1,000 if we decide to make this provision.
9. No Deposit Bonus
9.1 We reserve the right to limit winnings and withdrawals from all types of no deposit/free spins/free bet bonuses made available to a customer in their account up to a value of €100. This provision may be expressly set out in the applicable Terms or otherwise notified to you.
9.2 If you have never made a deposit on the Website, the balance will remain bonus money until a deposit is made. Once you make your first deposit, the bonus money in your account is subject to wagering requirements (playthrough). Future no deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough) before a withdrawal can be made. No further deposits are required for this.
10. Free Spins/Bonus Spins
10.1 Free Spins/No Deposit Bonus Spins
(i) The number of Free Spins that the player can receive will be set out in the relevant promotion and/or in the relevant terms and conditions. While free spins promotions are advertised on specific games, they can be used on a variety of other games. Once the Free Spins have been used on a game, they cannot be redeemed again.
(ii) Unless otherwise stated, winnings from free spins are credited as a casino bonus and are capped at €50. Winnings over this amount will be removed from the account. Playing with free spins winnings does not count towards the wagering requirements of the bonus balance and all winnings are credited directly back to your bonus account.
(iii) If you have not previously made a deposit, play with Bonus Funds will not release any Bonus Funds or Bonus Free Spins winnings. All winnings are directly credited back to your bonus account until you make your first deposit. The full amount of the balance in your bonus account at the time of your first deposit is subsequently subject to the general wagering requirements.
10.2 Deposit-based Free Spins or Bonus Spins

(ii) Whilst bonus spins promotions are advertised on specific games they may be used on a wide range of other games. Once the bonus spins have been used on a game, they cannot be redeemed again.
(iii) Winnings from bonus spins are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to our wagering requirements and terms of use.
(iv) All winnings from bonus spins are considered bonus money and will not be converted into real money balances until the initial wagering requirements have been met, unless otherwise stated.
(v) Free Spins are only valid for a period of 24 hours after deposit. If used after this time, winnings have a maximum cap of €100.
