I deposited there and it's going quite well now I have a question, can I see somewhere how often I still have to wager the bonus?
and is it then deducted or is it cashable?

Hello gameflo
With regard to the bonus sales that are still to be made or their display, there should probably still be an answer today. I can't answer that for you at the moment either, but a bonus is probably fulfilled when the bonus amount is no longer displayed. However, the display of the bonus sum does not show how much one would still have to convert or where exactly that would be visible.
Regarding support, I would like to know when (time) and by what means you tried to contact customer service.
Good day and happy new year!
As described in our bonus terms, below, any winnings resulting from the bonus money which exceed the bonus money will be cleared once the bonus terms have been met.
https://www.casinofantasia.com/de/promotionen
Here is a more detailed explanation of our bonus model:
1. First use your real money
2. As soon as this is used up, you automatically play with the bonus money. This is to offer you the opportunity to convert your bonus money into real money.
3. The remaining bonus balance will be emptied and you can then withdraw the original bonus amount.
As detailed in our T&Cs: "In order to fulfill this promotion you must wager the bonus money 40 x. For example if you receive $100 in bonus money the wagering requirement is (40 x 100) = $4.000"
The aim is to turn the bonus money, in your case $50, into REAL MONEY.
If the winnings are less than the bonus money received (for example, $250 bonus received) and the winnings at the moment of conversion are $30, the money would still be rounded up to $250. In your money, the bonus money has been converted into real money and the remaining winnings have been emptied accordingly.
To see how much bonus money is left to wager, please follow these 3 simple steps:
1.Login to your Casino Fantasia user account
2.Hover your mouse over "Total"
3.Now you will see "Amount" and "Sales"
We hope this information was helpful.
If our live chat support is not available due to too many requests, please send us an email to: support@casinofantasia.com to send and we will get back to you immediately.
I was told in the online support that no matter what the bonus is always deducted and that's how it was, I had it paid out and hey presto 80 dollars away although I had to wager 5900 dollars but only had to pay 3200...
Well, no matter, I'm curious if the money will come
I assume that you landed your interim profit of >$900 relatively early...
If I understand the Fantasia bonus terms correctly, you didn't have to fulfill any bonus terms at all since you made the winnings with your real money portion.
So you could have simply cashed out at >$900 - and the same thing would have happened as now. They would have simply deducted the (borrowed) bonus amount from you.
See also Celia's post above:
and the info from the Fantasia website:
The bonus conditions only come into effect if you lose your deposit share from your starting balance (deposit + bonus) - and then only play with bonus money. You can withdraw your real money balance at any time, but doing so will result in your bonus money being forfeited.
Then the bonus conditions apply: you have to convert the bonus amount 40 times in order to transfer the bonus money into real money - and you are then limited to the maximum amount of the bonus when transferring/paying out.
Really a "great" bonus!
