Platincasino suddenly refuses to pay out

Hello maybe someone can help me or at least give me some advice...
My husband has been in for almost 2 years Platinum Casino registered, had never had any problems before. At that time we verified my bank account because he doesn't have one and everything goes on mine, power of attorney everything that goes with it was verified and everything has been running smoothly to this day. Deposits and withdrawals were paid without any problems... For almost 14 months we have also been paying with my debit credit card and it has always been paid out... Yesterday he won 850 euros and now wanted to have it paid out. This is currently being checked by the legal department and his account will be temporarily closed. With the reason that the power of attorney was once provided with the wording.
As I said, that was almost 2 years ago... He got the profit out of a 10 Euro paysafecard..
As I said, all other payments worked without any problems and without any discussions. He is authorized for my bank account... This was used at the time on the condition that I did not have an account in the Platinum Casino can open.
    What should we do now?
Have also submitted everything to prove everything. Every payout worked the whole time. I don't understand why they are doing this now? Who knows advice

    Hi nicky111

    Welcome to our forum!

Your problem sounds unusual in that, as you wrote, you were able to deposit and withdraw several times over almost 2 years, even though the accounts etc. are in your name. So it's really strange why it suddenly doesn't work anymore... maybe a new employee who doesn't know this yet... a lot of things are possible. They are still checking the whole thing and it can still develop positively.

I would still recommend you to open new casino accounts in your name in the future if the payment methods are also in your name.

I can't do anything myself at the moment, I would advise you to wait and see what the casino says. Maybe Slotti can help here.

I still have contact there, but haven't communicated with them for a long time. So I have to check that out first, which also doesn't happen over the weekend. If this contact should still work for the company, of course I need some data from the customer. Nothing works without them.

Of course I'm happy to give it... I'm always asked for patience and don't get anything specific...

Hm very strange, did the casino itself say something about this? Let's see maybe Slotti can achieve something, but then it will probably only reach someone after the weekend... did you pass the data on to Slotti?

Well, the Slotti took care of it and can announce positive things. nicky11's husband can now pay out, the account is activated again. But there is a limitation and you have to find a solution. It wasn't because of the power of attorney, but because payments via third-party accounts are simply difficult. Until now this was done as a gesture of goodwill because the papers were verified, but with the Malta regulation this is no longer possible. It is generally forbidden and there was already a warning, that was the last one. As I said, this time you can still pay out, but in the future this will no longer be possible. I ask for your understanding, but you need a separate account that runs in the name of the user.

At this point, many thanks again to my contact for the quick help and goodwill
