I heard at the conference that CC will also soon be "closed"... Casinoclub belongs to GVC Holding (including Sportingbet and soon Bwin, Party...). There might be some mergers soon.

Bwin had already acquired Party Gaming and recently GVC Holdings plc. Bwin incorporated, so 888 was left behind.
