I had already written several times, the first request for payment dates back to November, I had to submit new documents again and again, but now it's taking more than 6 weeks and nothing is happening. I received a message about six weeks ago that there was work overload and that work would be done as soon as possible. But what is the fastest? How many more months should I wait? More than 6 months now!
It's not funny anymore, but there's hardly any news, let alone money.

There can be work overload, then it is delayed by a few days because of me by 1-2 weeks but 6 months.. that is much too long.
I can really understand every anger and frustration and it's annoying that you have so few opportunities to achieve something. When a casino isn't willing to cooperate, you're basically walking into a brick wall. Unfortunately.
I contacted the Malta Regulatory Authority in mid-June and received a response from within a daywonderful . I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Then I got the message that the money that was deposited via my parents' credit cards will be refunded, but the remaining amount, i.e. the actual winnings of more than €33000, will be refunded "processed" I don't know what that means, but I also don't get an answer to my question in this regard.
I assume they just took it, although it is understandable that I only made the profits when I paid with Paysafe. I'm not satisfied, but I'll keep at it.
Okay what processed means is a good question. But I think it's great that you write something about it here again, so that this doesn't get lost. Let us know if there's anything new again.
6 months and still no money .. I would go off people people
What do you expect, they clearly keep the amount won and only refund what was paid in with the card. You may not see it, but once paid with someone else's account/card, the cake is eaten. The casino is now always in the right if it is in the terms and conditions, and Malta will not be able to help there.

Hello, so now 9 months have passed, a lot of writing, often in desperation, but in June I received the message that the money that was paid in via third-party cards would be refunded. That is what happened. The information also came that the rest of the profit had been "processed". I didn't understand what that meant and asked several times. Then it said it had been transferred. And, unfortunately, that was a difficult transaction, the money was then also transferred to a wrong account that did not belong to me :-(.
But I wrote again and lo and behold, last week I was informed that my profit would now be transferred to my account - and it has come. :-)
I'm happy even if it took so longwonderful but paid.
I can only say that it's nice that you finally received the money, but that's what countswonderful as a trustworthy and reliable casino in any way.
It's nice that the long wait and your perseverance were worth it, so you can now be all the happier about the money that was probably almost written off.
Also I have the feeling thatwonderful slowly brings order to your mess, as there are hardly any problems here.
Congratulations on receiving the prize though totally unacceptable after this time. Personally, I still don't know what to think of the casino, to be honest.
