    Payout / Verification - Wunderino

    Good day everybody.

    I have the following problem I have at wonderful Won over €1200, all bonus conditions met.

    However, I made a mistake when creating the account and wrote my first name wrong or one letter too many.


    I sent my documents for verification today, then sent an email afterwards and pointed out the error, I can't reach anyone in the live chat, the queue is always there.


    Have you had any experiences there? Is there trouble?

    So normally something like this should be able to be regulated because I can't see any attempt at fraud. Write to ours wonderful Contact here in the forum the request or wonderful try again and again directly by mail or of course in the chat. I'd be very surprised if you had a problem with this, but keep us posted.

    Everything went well with the verification, but I have now received another email with the following content:


    Hello Marcel




    We would like to inform you that you have breached our Terms of Service.


    When you registered, you accepted that you had read and understood them.


    This also means that opening multiple player accounts is not allowed.



    We refer to the following terms and conditions:
    7.2. All bonuses or free spins may only be used once per player account.

    1.10 If you open or attempt to open more than one account for any reason, Gaming Operator may choose to close any or all of your accounts. Should the Gaming Operator decide to leave an account open, it will be the first account you have opened with the Gaming Operator to which any remaining funds will then be transferred. The Operator will deduct an administration fee, the "Multiple Account Fee" referred to in Section 22, for each additional Account and any other deductions that may be required under these Terms.



    Please note that a player is not permitted to open additional player accounts in order to receive additional bonuses or free spins.



    We would like to inform you that the player accounts you last opened have been closed and the winnings confiscated. We ask you not to create any more player accounts.

    I hope for you that this is not the case, but they could tell you when the first account was opened. They probably wouldn't have confused that with the misspelled first name and will see that as a second account, the dumbest farmer can't be that stupid. However, if it is an account that was created in the past and you just forgot it (can happen), then unfortunately you were unlucky and the casino is right. To be on the safe side, I would check all registration e-mails if they are still there. This reads as if this is about multiple accounts and not just two. The support staff should be able to tell you more about this.

    spielo can give you the rights to write PM. Possibly also slotti I don't know exactly now.

    That with the second account would be fatal, nobody could do anything about it, it would look really bad. But that should be clarified.

    New users must first write a few posts in the forum then the PM function is active. It should work for you now!

    I hope this clears up and you still get your money. But it has also happened to me that I once signed up for a casino, then didn't play there for years and then by chance I signed up there again. Sometimes that just happens, there are so many casinos that you forget where you are already a customer.
