Play'n Go constantly game interruption

My favorite games at the moment are Play'n Go, especially Book of Dead and Sabaton. Unfortunately, I always have the problem that I'm constantly kicked out in the middle of the game, no matter which machine I'm playing at the moment.

I've also switched casinos and it always happens there. According to the support staff, everything is always ok.

Do you feel the same way that you are often kicked out of Play'n Go games?

It's really starting to piss me off to hear the same answers over and over again.

Of course you get thrown out of the games from time to time, but then it's rather rare and not always directly from the same provider. Varies a lot sometimes it doesn't stick, every now and then it does.

It doesn't always have to be on the provider's server. Of course that can happen and it's annoying. If you're playing on PC, you might want to try a different browser or the incognito window to see if it gets any better. Cleaning up the PC or cleaning the browser, i.e. deleting the cache and cookies, can also help.

I've already tested all of this and my internet line is one of the fastest that Telecom has to offer. But if none of you have had the same problems, I don't know any more advice, should I change provider? This only happens with the PNG games, all the others run quickly and without dropouts for me.

This is really strange when you have already tried everything and no casino staff can help you further. I often had the event that the slots crashed in the middle of free spins and, strangely enough, always when they were just paying.
