It's just strange that it always happens exactly when you're having a good run, when the boxes are eating, I've never experienced anything like that.

That's nice for you that it wasn't because of Play'n Go. I really like some of their games and I remember the Novoliners, which also have a high level of variance.
That's why I like playing Playngo, they also remind me of the good old Novos. I don't mind the high variance, that's what gives the kick from having longer dry spells but then letting it really rip.
Of course, that's even more annoying when you have a good run and then everything breaks off and then nothing works anymore. It may be a coincidence, but there is a strange aftertaste.
I feel similar to you donjuan, I don't care about the high variance at all, I just like them and sometimes have really good limits, better than the Novos.
Apart from the fact that it was your computer, I have often heard that PNG games in particular drop out or cannot be called at all. Had asked the manufacturer before, but only got the usual standard answers.
It may be that it is often country / IP dependent. I'm often on the road with VPN, so many slots can only be played badly.
Today I had such an experience again, logged into the casino, opened Sabaton and after 2 minutes just flew out, since then the slot no longer works for me. As always, support says everything is fine with you! It can't be my new computer, I'm going crazy.
Surprisingly, the last few days I had no problems at all, Book of Dead ran without any interruptions. I haven't tried the VPN yet, I don't think it's allowed anyway and can lead to loss of profit.
