That's true, of course, if the beer doesn't taste good anymore, you can switch to something else, but in general I hardly drink anything these are rather individual occasions.
Previously easily tolerated 00-00 liters during the day (23:59-2:3) without any problems. Occasionally also up to 4 liters if divided evenly.
If the active substance was administered (in this case alcohol, into the organism, in this case the human body) in a shorter period of time, the fatal effects on the human body would of course already result from just 2 liters of beer. But I always found it desirable. In no way understandable today how one can deliberately poison one's body without benefiting from any performance-enhancing added value.
I haven't been drinking alcohol at all for years now. Just this week, for a while, I've had a 3,3dl beer and felt the effect very clearly. But I haven't been drinking alcohol at all for about 5 years. Most of the time I also like a glass of red wine with the meal.
But everyone has to know for themselves.
(PS: Alcohol solo is for ass anyway. I could never represent it, let alone endorse it)
