Well, the easiest way would be to pay out to one of the e-wallets and withdraw it from there by prepaid credit card again and again and make smaller payouts to the bank account, but stay under €10k per transaction. Revolut would also be a possibility because the money would be in a bank account from which you can simply transfer or withdraw.

I would not do the 100k € directly to the German house bank account.
