The wheel has 54 spaces, most of them with the 1 (actually 23 spaces), there is one space with a 2x multiplier and one space with a 7x multiplier. If any multiplier falls, the wheel is spun again (without the possibility of new bets, of course, otherwise it would be absurd). The result of the second spin is then simply multiplied by the 2x or 7x multiplier. If another multiplier is hit, the next round will continue to be multiplied indefinitely. The only limit is the maximum win amount of at most half a million, regardless of how it came about.
