The deposit worked without any problems. After a larger win, I wanted to have 5000 euros paid out. My account was then blocked and I was asked to prove that it was my account with a bank statement or a photo of the bank card. I fulfilled these wishes and at first it sounded very understandable. The time frame between emails was also great. The exchange only lasted a few hours. However, I haven't heard anything from the department for 14 days now. In the live chat you are only asked to be patient. What else can I do?
Up until this point, all withdrawals had worked without any problems. Even five-digit sums.
