Hello, I had/have the same problem regarding payment via a third party. I won 17 euros on February 2019th, 1100 and also only received copy paste answers within 3 months!
Yesterday I sent an e-mail to the verification, how my processing status is.
Lo and behold, less than 2 hours later I received an answer that my account was now blocked, all winnings were confiscated and the money I had paid in (50€) was to be refunded.
You wait 3 months for a solution to the issue and then something like that?

I once opened a separate topic for your problem.

It is a common procedure that in such a case you get your deposit back but not the profit. That's what a lot of casinos do if you violate their terms and conditions or bonus conditions. The processing time is of course much too long, which is unfortunately a general problem wonderful.

I just don't think it's justified that some people don't see their money back while others do.
It's like they're drawing lots, some get their money and others look stupid. And if the money is really lost
then I advise everyone to avoid this site forever. Let us deposit diligently, but woe to anyone who wins a large amount and makes a deposit mistake...

Clearly I do not recommend anybody to deposit there at the moment but still more than enough do so. There isn't much else going on there, but you can't do anything except avoid the casino.

Somehow I have to agree with you, but in general it only affects casinos where you are a new player. Most reputable providers verify fairly quickly, wonderful must have overstretched herself with her television commercials and can't keep up!

To be honest, I don't trust the whole thing... if some report that they have been waiting for their payment for 6 months, I no longer believe that the workload is too high. I hope I'm wrong.
