Since I also use it for regular incoming payments, they wanted some proof of money laundering. But it was resolved in a few minutes and the account was 100% active. I can't judge how incoming money from casino payouts behaves, but even then it would probably be clarified quickly and easily. There is no upper limit Revolut also confirmed to me that such a thing should not exist.
