Hello, I've been playing at ugobet.com for a few weeks. I also won something but have never received a payout. First I hadn't met the bonus conditions, then I had met the original conditions and suddenly they were adjusted and not met again. The site then canceled my entire profit. First time ok, it's your own fault. Second time already borderline, since I did get one time to change the terms and conditions, but with the mass of mails I couldn't find it. Still, it's probably your own fault.

After that I won almost 3000€. Pure regular with no bonus. Requested a payout of €1000, no payout, no response to emails. 2 weeks later the message came that the site will be closed in 2 weeks and the project will end. You should apply for your money to be paid out in the next 2 weeks. Instantly made in 2 withdrawals with the remaining balance. Now I'm still waiting for 1000, 700, 985. Since then I have written emails about every 2 days. Never a reaction...
As of today, the site is no longer available.

I really don't know anymore. I'm really unlucky!

I don't know the site (casino) at all, I've never heard of it. The first thing Google brings me is a Russian result and apparently it was more for sports betting. But I can't really make sense of the results. Maybe someone else knows more, unfortunately I can't really help you in this case, because the page is already down and the provider is probably no longer accessible to possibly make contact.
