I agree with you.
After almost three months of waiting and multiple mailings of all the necessary documents, I was glad thatwonderful has ever shown a reaction and would like to reimburse me for the deposits.
I was informed of this decision by e-mail on May 28th, this is now more than three weeks ago and absolutely nothing is happening. I only get the standard statements, please be patient. I don't think it's appropriate to prolong the process like that. It's totally disappointing that I first have to wait months for a reaction and for a decision and then when a decision is made,wonderful has now taken more than three weeks to refund us the deposits. I won't give up under any circumstances, because at least we are entitled to the deposit amounts.
All very annoying and frustrating.
Not recommended at all.
