    Wunderino payout third party (solved)

    We have exactly the problems that have been described here before. Deposited from my husbands bank card and asked for withdrawal to my account. The amount is 2.800�. Well, now we're waiting in vain for a response from support after we've sent all the data. Unfortunately also several times, at the request of the support.
    The strange thing is that we are supposed to be violating the terms and conditions, but why was this not a problem a few months ago, because an amount of over €1.800 was also paid to us. The offense against third parties was not mentioned there. Although the deposit was made through my husband's card.

    We get almost no message either

    Can we still get the prize? Or what are the next steps?

    The wonderful you can prepare yourself for several weeks before anything happens at all.

    The strange thing is that we are "supposed" to violate the terms and conditions, but why was this not a problem a few months ago, because an amount of over €1.800 was also paid out to us.
    You were very lucky that apparently one of the employees didn't look properly. In general, the casino has had a very close relationship with third-party accounts for a long time.

    Thanks for the feedback. Several withdrawals have already been made, so we were now surprised that it was suddenly a problem. The annoying thing is that of course you don't get any concrete answers and you're asked several times to send the documents. How did this end in other cases?

    Hi,

    that is very different. I would say 2-3 months ago and further back wonderful since very generous and accommodating. You have paid out a profit if you deposited through someone else and this could be legitimated. It always took a while, but still.

    The cases piled up and there were more and more and wonderful probably said at some point it was enough and they became stricter and didn't pay everyone out anymore. The waiting times there are still far too long and it cannot be that you have to wait weeks for a payment or verification.

    You can really only recommend playing elsewhere in the future, there are enough casinos here with us where there is nothing like that and you get your winnings quickly and without problems. But important never deposit from accounts or cards of others.

    Hello, unfortunately I still have no feedback. That's really cheeky. Everything happened on 22.03.2019 most. In live chat we get copied answers all the time. Unfortunately no response at all via email. How can I contact the employee of wonderful turn here?

    It's very annoying. Yesterday the live chat was simply broken off with the words: If you don't have any further questions now, the chat will close shortly. I find this totally outrageous, especially since we were always friendly and polite to the employees, despite the annoying circumstances. We also no longer receive any feedback by e-mail.
