To date, we have always addressed customer issues discreetly and through appropriate channels, including private messages. This was also the content of my message with the request to take care of the outstanding customers who have been waiting for a long time. My lack of understanding of how things are generally handled, i.e. treating customers, waiting times, etc., was dismissed in one sentence.

Customers are welcome to contact the contact themselves with their concerns and stating their e-mail address. For me, this is not partnership communication and shows an ignorance towards partners, which I find very strange. It makes you wonder what they actually do all day. I'm really patient but this way it's just disappointing.
