    Deposit/Withdrawal Wunderino - question

    Hi all,
I am new here and I have a question. My significant other has an account with wonderful and won 5000 euros over the weekend (deposit via Paysafecard). Now I've stumbled across the subject of 'third party deposit'. Unfortunately, you can see the account history at wonderful only look back 3 months. Now we are not sure if we made a deposit from my account vl Iwann times (but if then longer than three minutes ago). Is it possible that - should it be the case - a payment is refused here? As I said, all incoming payments that we can see were made via the Paysafecard and the profit was also made via a Paysafecard. greetings

    AW: Deposit/withdrawal Wunderino - question

Hi and welcome to the forum !

If you have ever paid in with a third party account, it is actually possible that your winnings will be retained or that the whole thing will at least be further delayed.

You're welcome to the wonderful Write to the contact here in the forum, unfortunately a lot of waiting time is also to be expected here. Have a lot of patience and just try to pay out if your account is already verified. If not, do this first, then you'll see what happens.

    AW: Deposit/withdrawal Wunderino - question

    Hello Tulip,

if deposits are made via Paysafecard then they are vouchers or codes that you enter without names being stored there. However, payouts must then be made via bank transfer and the account holder must verify himself to the casino. However, if you have ever made a deposit using a different payment method associated with a different name, then this could be a problem. But if you only paid in with Paysafe, that doesn't matter, because they're just codes. From whom or from which source a code was acquired is irrelevant.

If the account is already verified then I would normally carry out the withdrawal before you contact us here. If your partner's account has not yet been verified, the casino will require documents and you will have to be prepared for a waiting period of at least 6-8 weeks, because unfortunately that is how long it takes. 30 times longer than in other casinos, plus a great deal of uncertainty over weeks, make such situations very difficult in this casino and are also not in the interest of worried customers. Some situations are clear customer misconduct because conditions were ignored and some are borderline cases. For some customers this is unfortunately justified and for other customers, the so-called borderline cases, the customers are dependent on the benevolence and goodwill of the casino. You can explain certain situations, but what is understandable for many (users) does not necessarily have to be understandable for others (casinos). It is the different perspectives and assessments of a situation that decide whether a thing has a positive or negative outcome.

Some casinos are very transparent about this, however wonderful I have my doubts. I wish that wonderful handles things in a way that maintains standards and communication/help between customers and support is as it should be. The time frame (latency verification) and the communication itself (professionalism) are one of the biggest problems of wonderful. With all due respect to the casino representative, you'd think this would speed things up, but I don't think it will. It's disappointing how the casino reacts, it's anything but transparent.
