2.
Promotional abuse and irregular play
2.1
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse, cheating, unfair advantage and/or other suspicious activity. We reserve the right to suspend and remove any bonuses, related winnings and/or deposits from accounts which we suspect in our sole direction are involved in such activities or conduct.
2.3
"Irregular play" includes any of the following types of play:
� Place single bets with more than 20% of the value of the bonus credited to your account until the wagering requirements of that bonus are met, unless otherwise stated. For example, if you received a bonus of 200, you can bet a maximum of 40. The 20% rule does not apply if the bet amount is less than 5-fold.
� Equal, zero or low margin stake bets or hedge bets would not count towards bonus wagering requirements. For example: black or red single bets on roulette or more than 25 of the 37 numbers on the table;
� Delayed wins, e.g. B. "Free Spin" or "Bonus" features initiated with bonus or cash funds, then the player exits the free bonus or bonus round and is completed at a later time, for example after the bonus has been wagered been
� „State Game Abuse� whereby the use of bonus funds is used solely to progress through the bonus stage and complete the final stage with cash bets when bonus funds are released or forfeited. This includes but is not limited to the contribution set out in the 0% Revenue table in Section 5.5 below.
� Leave big bets on the table, for example at blackjack, and return after the bonus has cleared.

�Abusive advertising includes any of the following types of games:

right to vary
3.2
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse you any future promotions. Once you have been informed that you are no longer eligible to participate in any Promotion and if you participate in a promotion, all winnings from that promotion will be confiscated.

Only one promotion will be awarded per player per account, meaning one per family, household address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account or shared computer (e.g. school, public library or workplace). If we find that you breach this clause all winnings will be confiscated.

Bonus funds credited to a player's bonus account are subject to thirty-five (x35) wagering requirements before being converted into your balance. They may be withdrawn (unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant Terms).

Different games played contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games in order to convert a bonus. Wagering requirements are based on total amount. Any bonus given in cash or in the form of a bonus, for example through customer support, is classified as an instant bonus. We reserve the right to limit winnings from an instant bonus to ten times the value of that instant bonus. For example, if you receive a 100--instant bonus, a maximum of 1.000--can be withdrawn if we waive this clause.

We reserve the right to limit winnings and withdrawals from any form of deposit bonuses/free spins/free spins credited to a customer's account to a value of 100% as this may be expressly stated in the relevant terms or otherwise communicated to you.

Free Spins / Bonus Spins
10.1
Free Spins / Bonus Spins No Deposit
(i) The number of free spins that the player can receive will be included in the relevant promotion and/or significant terms and conditions. While free spins promotions are advertised on specific games, they can be called on a variety of other games. Once the free spins have been used on a game, they cannot be redeemed again.
(ii) Unless otherwise stated, winnings from free spins are credited in the casino bonus and are capped at a maximum of -50. Winnings exceeding this amount will be removed from the account. No bonus funds are unlocked on games with free spins and all winnings are returned directly to your bonus account.
(iii) If you have never made a deposit, no bonus funds or bonus winnings from free spins will be unlocked when playing with bonus money and all winnings will be credited directly to your bonus account up to your first deposit. (iii) Money won from Bonus Spins will be credited to a player's Bonus Balance and is subject to our Wagering Requirements and Terms of Service.
(iv) All winnings from the bonus spins are considered bonus money and are only converted into real money once the initial bonus requirements are met, unless otherwise stated.
(v) Free Spins are only valid within 24 hours of deposit. If used after this time, wins are capped at a maximum of 100.
