    Hello dear Casino Forum, my partner unfortunately made the same mistake with the deposit of a third party, using my bank account details because she did not yet have any e-banking data. She has been registered since February 1, 2019 and has paid in via my bank details which was also accepted by me and verification was required when paying out, it was rejected once because the documents were illegible, then it was sent again by email, namely your passport, mobile phone bill for address and my bank card and bank statement and at the time it has 1 Euros won and suddenly that was it wonderful Account blocked on February 14.2.19th, XNUMX without any message, so she contacted support, why, etc., came back unfortunately only that the account was taken for an investigation and they can't say more because they don't have access, so she contacted Email to the support and to the verification mail and there she didn't get a real answer either, except that the processing took a little longer because of the high volume, not even a message that was still needed or anything else

    So I ask you, do you have any tips or help for my partner? She won 1000 euros and stopped at 800 and would like to pay it out

    We've had the problem of making deposits through other people's accounts before, sometimes things went well for the players and every now and then they only got the deposit back.

    Hello Patrick, I can only tell you that you have to be very patient. It's not only the problem with depositing your data, but also with the verification itself. It will take forever and will drive you to despair. I can sing a song about that too, because I started a self-test in January that has not yet been decided. It's also just a full verification. Documents are available (receipt has been confirmed) and a minimum deposit of €10 has been made. It's so ridiculous how the customer service reacts and works there that you really have to ask yourself not to treat it as a no-go.

    I will probably ask for my account to be closed again, because I don't feel like such incompetent staff or such structures as they prevail or are issued there. I don't have that in any online Casino experienced, not even in supposedly bad ones. I recently had a call from wonderful, which I unfortunately missed, otherwise I would have already commented accordingly.

    They play with the customers, and the customers should play in their casino. In any case, I'm fed up with this shop and don't want to deal with it anymore. These are things that only annoy me and my nerves are really too good for that. It is certainly not possible to prevent people who are still ignorant there from registering and depositing an account. One can only hope that there will be a change of heart or that the casino will self-destruct from the constant problems (which they cause themselves).

    This casino is still connected here with the hope and also linked that problems will be solved faster through our contact, but it is also a matter of time how long we want to look at this here.

    If someone asks me what casino I can recommend, I would wonderful don't even want to mention it in your sleep and if it's the last online Casino would. The fact is that there are 100x better casinos out there, you really don't need a casino like this. I can't judge whether our contact here really helps to get things moving faster, because unfortunately we don't respond to personal messages.

    This is devastating feedback for the casino and if it were up to me I would have blacklisted it here long ago. Of course, this does not make the situation better for the customers concerned, but perhaps this step is simply necessary, also with regard to the fact that other portals are joining with the statement that a casino cannot be opened in this way can hear.

    It is a disgrace to the many decent, transparent and serious working people online casinoswho understand the importance of well-functioning support. After all, customers are their most important potential and source of income. There are simply no standards being followed here and that should be reason enough for an issuing licensing authority to do something about it.

    Slotti you are absolutely right I agree with every text from you I play online myself but have never had such problems and waiting weeks for answers alone is an impertinence I myself was at 1 year ago wonderful but every game had a problem, so I deleted it again and was dissatisfied, but maybe my partner will be lucky and something will happen, even though hope is already lost

I've been waiting for my payment since the beginning of January and nothing has happened until today and we're talking about a sum of 5 steel.     The MGA is there for complaints, so you can use that too. But you shouldn't get your hopes up too much, because this license is worth just as much as any other, nothing in the event of a problem!!
