hello to the forum, I'm back at after a long break Vera and John played. i also had a payout- and was surprised after the many problems i read here in the forum regarding payout times etc. the payment was on my skrill account after 20 minutes.
it doesn't get any better.

Problems with withdrawals in Vera and John ? That would be weird and should be an exception, haven't had any problems there for years and payouts come within minutes to a few hours.

I wanted to say something about this from my own experience. Vera and John is great no question I recently had the case that I had first paid in via Trustly then was finished and had treated myself to a €5 bonus valid for all games with the loyalty points. Played a little and won a little bit and also implemented it so I could pay out, it really wasn't much but I thought well I'll take it with me for free. I applied for a payout on Neteller because I had already paid in a few things the day before, then the payout stood still for over 24 hours, which is completely unusual when such small sums are often paid out in minutes. In the chat I was told it would take a little while, I got the same answer by email. Only after more than a day did I receive an email that I should cancel the payout and apply for it via Trustly because I had paid in with it last.

I know the principle, but I don't understand why some casinos practice it and others don't. Also in Vera and John it was different from time to time, but not this time. If there is something I don't like about the fact that nothing was said to me in the first chat and the first mail, it would have saved me almost a day. In the end it's just an experience, the money arrived in the bank account the next day, all good.
