Two important rules to be observed with bonus games are that no stakes higher than 5 euros may be spun and that only one household, IP, family etc. may redeem a new customer bonus.

14. The Gamble feature, where a win can be wagered to get a bigger win (only available in some games), may not be used while playing.

Any bonus and/or free spins can only be used once per household, family, address, email address and IP address. We reserve the right to cancel/remove a bonus offer at any time if we determine abuse of the offer. Likewise, the violator's account may be closed with immediate effect.

17. Delayed winnings from free spins and bonus features triggered with bonus funds will be removed. Delayed Wins are defined as follows:
A player triggers a free spins or bonus feature in a bonus credit game. The player then closes the game before the triggered free spins or bonus round has ended. The player returns to complete the free spins or bonus round if the bonus money - used to trigger the relevant free spins or bonus round - is lost, canceled or wagered.

If we believe that you are abusing or attempting to abuse our bonuses or promotions, exhibit irregular gaming behavior or have a high likelihood of abusing or lack of good faith in any gambling policy we have implemented benefit, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from any bonuses and promotions or revoke any rules, either temporarily or permanently, or block access to our Services and/or suspend your account. Any winnings generated using the free bonus or free spins that exceed the maximum of €100 will be considered zero and will not be booked as winnings.
