    RE: 21 Grand Casino

So I can't say much about it other than that it's owned by Rival Software and marketed by a company that seems okay, at least has been classified as such by other portals. It looks like a few casinos (with Rival software) have been taken over, which have been around for a while but were criticized for Rival at the time and disappeared from the scene for the time being. I was also a customer myself in one or the other casino and enjoyed playing the software.

All this is not a XNUMX% guarantee but a sign that you want to do it seriously. It should be worth a try, but how it will develop and be evaluated in the future cannot be said at this point in time.

Maybe I'll try it today and see if I can still log in with my old data and report a bit more about it if necessary.

    RE: 21 Grand Casino

I started my experiment faster than I thought and I can already give you some feedback on it.

My conclusion on the tested casinos 21Grand and Rockbet.

In principle, not much has changed except for the design of the casinos. Support is responsible for all of the affiliated casinos in this group. Support agent was friendly and accordingly okay. Since the majority of agents are probably not able to speak German, a translation program is used for this purpose.

In general, it can be said about the promotions that nothing has changed. Either none are visible or if they are, they simply still have utopian sales conditions. So if you have been to the casinos in the past and were perhaps excluded from bonus offers, you should ask in the chat whether this is still the case.

For Rockbet I got a 125% offer that was first credited through the chat, but I then had it removed again (went quickly and without any problems) because it is simply disproportionately high with 60x deposit and bonus turnover. A cashback bonus was also offered with no strings attached.

The 21Grand Casino has to say that the offers are a bit contradictory. There was a 400% welcome bonus and a 333% bonus available for me. On the home page it says 300% up to €2000. The 400% bonus with 100x deposit and bonus turnover is even crazier and with a payout limit of 10x the bonus amount they top it off.

The 333% offer only has to be wagered 40x (deposit + bonus) but I would advise claiming a cashback bonus when it is offered as it has no wagering requirements.

You can also only register in €, other currencies used to be available. (So Rockbet is still in USD for me)

In general, I would say if you like Rival or Betsoft games, it is better to deposit without a bonus, especially since these are not withdrawable anyway.

    RE: 21Grand Casino update

    Another update and info:

Deposits made with Neteller are reflected under Transaction Details with Merchant WWW.ROMECASINO.COM. (also interesting)

    Got a payout now
at the 21 Grand Casino (actually 2, because I'm only allowed to do the second one after 24 hours )

From what I read in the terms and conditions as far as the payout process is concerned, I have to say that it doesn't sound that great.

Verification is clear but that the
processing time take 15-18 business days can, is already intense. Also the info that it should cost 10-40 transfer fee is not very pleasant.

After 4 hours still no welcome e-mail which can also be due to a time difference (possibly Canada). (I somehow remember it that way)

Let's see how the payout process/duration or e-mail communication generally works and what other surprises the process has in store.

I'm curious and will hopefully be able to update this here shortly.

    RE: 21 Grand Casino

If I read all that, no one needs to come to me anymore, realdealbet and co. be unsure.

    The are bad conditions!

And here we're not just talking about bonus conditions, but payout duration and number, fees, not even a welcome email arrives...

So seriously: something like that can really be called bad. But let's wait for the updates from slotti...

    RE: 21 Grand Casino

... it was about bonus conditions that quickly let you fall into a trap - and ultimately cost me a lot of money in both casinos!!! Of course 21grand is not to be compared with that - I would never touch that. but that's why you don't need to gloss over anything here...it's getting on your nerves

    RE: 21 Grand Casino

    short update:

On Tuesday there were 2 emails, one from support (signed with the finance department) and asking for documents to be sent, and one email (different email address) with a faxback form to fill out.

I think it's all one and controlled by the same people in charge. Documents are sent and it is virtually confirmed by Auto Reply that the mail has arrived. Now I am waiting for further answers regarding the withdrawal process because I would also like to apply for my second one which is not possible at the moment.

In my opinion, the process and the communication take far too long and have the character of a typical protraction, although I myself delayed it a day because I wasn't there.

Well, I'll wait and see what happens and report back.

    RE: 21 Grand Casino

On Saturday, 2 emails came with the message that the documents have been accepted and outstanding payments will be paid out shortly. (whatever short should mean, since 3 days are already over)

At least I could now pay out the second amount because the limit was no longer displayed.

Now it's time to keep waiting.

It is interesting that in my live chat since the 1st payout no one has appeared visible at all.

This is probably also done deliberately so that nobody can annoy you about the payout period, because they know exactly who is coming into the chat.
